We provide top quality performance in every home that we service. As part of our service we do a thorough inside/outside treatment. We rid the outside of your home of any nests or webs under the eves, windows and garage. On the outside of your home we will use a power sprayer to create a 7 to 10 foot barrier around the base of your house as well as spraying around windows, under the eves, and in shrubbery (which rids your plants of bugs that can often eat and destroy leaves) with our safe EPA approved products.All of our programs are guaranteed and come with unlimited re-service visits at no extra cost should pest activity continue between visits. Don't settle for expensive one-shot pest control services that do not guarantee results. We guarantee our results or we will conduct a re-service at no cost until you are satisfied.

I was surprised they showed up and serviced my property. They used to service my property at another location. How they even had my address is unknown to me. A representative showed up did a good job. I was not at home. My wife was at home and assumed it was the company that now has our account. I was surprised when I found out it was Midwest.

They have been on time and do a very good job spraying the inside and outside of my house. I have used them for almost 11 years and hardly see any bugs. When I do all I have to do is call them and they will send someone out to spray again with no problem. So far everyone has been very nice. Services: Cockroach extermination, Rodent extermination

This company absolutely saved me a few years ago when I had a substantial rat infestation, and I've been using them ever since. They have a great culture, based on the quality of employees they're able to recruit. Everyone is professional, effective, and explains what they're doing and why. I am happy to pay them for their quarterly service. And, they really do come out any time I need service in between, at no cost. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I just moved into my new house and my roommate and I saw lots of ants and two brown recluse spiders (among others) within just a couple days of moving in. The neighbors on either side of me use them so they knocked on our door to see if we'd be interested as well. It was perfect timing! Vincent explained everything they'd be doing, how they'd treat the property and with what, and ensured the bugs would be taken care of but my cats would be safe. Chris was right on time the next day, did a quick review of the services, was very professional, and gladly answered all of my questions.
We were still moving and unpacking so there were boxes and things everywhere. He made sure to work around everything with care. I walked him through the different parts of the house and the yard and be explained exactly how things were going to be treated, what to look out for, and what to expect. I'm looking forward to our partnership!

We have used Midwest Pest for about 4 months now. Their customer service is remarkable! We had ants after our 1st treatment, they came right back out and treated specifically for ants and zero issues! I mentioned seeing a tick, and it was addressed! Definitely very impressed and happy with their services! Worst company ever, I only called them to control spiders and we had ants on the outside of our home also. 1st of all - after the very first time they sprayed we had ants in the house - so they came back out to spray again -- still ants. Ever time the exterminator came out, he wanted us to tell him what to do. If we have to explain his job to him, he has no business there.
I told the company that I was not happy with their service but they never asked what was wrong so they make it right or at least try and solve it so I cancelled with them --- they took another month payment out again because they said I broke their contract. I still have ants to this day because of them. They don't care if you are unhappy or what your concerns are. Don't waste your time or money with this company. By the way they don't even deserve a 1 rating but you can't put a zero.
