Ecology Exterminating Service

Been using these folks for years. I'm a super for 3 buildings. Always friendly on time and fairly priced.

This review is specifically for Kevin from ecology exterminating. Kevin came to help with a mouse problem. Upon attempting to let him in, I stupidly locked myself out of my 2nd floor apartment. I was freaking out a little, no keys, no phone, no shoes (I know, I don't know why I stepped outside, not my best moment). So anyways, as I'm panicking outside my front door, Kevin proceeds to go with my neighbor into her back yard, hop the fence to my yard, scale the building to my second floor balcony, open the back door and come to my rescue.

He went completely above and beyond his job description (understatement of the century) and saved me from a potential 3 hours of waiting barefoot on my stoop for my boyfriend to come home. When we were finally inside, he killed it at solving our mouse problem. He is spiderman, and maybe a God. I recommend him 125%

Had a recurring mouse problem. Decided to try out Ecology Exterminating. Boy, did I make the right choice! They showed up when they said they would and called in advance when they were getting close. The owner (Jeff) and his son (Jared) came to perform the service. They explained how and why the mouse got into the house and how they would remedy the problem.

They did their thing and the next morning the mouse was trapped. Because of their Customer Service, Professionalism, and how they Diagnose and Executed their plan, I highly recommend to anyone who needs exterminating services to contact Jeff or Jared at Ecology Exterminating.

Fantastic. We have a recurring problem with ants every year, and every year these guys come in and hundreds of ants disappear. Not only that but when you call them they treat you like you're the only customer they've had all day. They're kind, they apologize sincerely for any waiting, they work with your schedule. If you've got bugs use these guys.

Ecology was WONDERFUL. I have NO complaints. Everytime I called, the staff was really nice, understanding and very helpful. I cant recommend them enough. I had the same guy doing all the visits, although he wasn't the nicest, he was all about doing his job and he did a superb job. He was very thorough and informative. They did their visits and I haven't had bed bugs since! Thank you Ecology!

Ecology is my go-to exterminator for all of my pest control needs - I had ants, Ecology came and the ants went. I had a mouse problem, Ecology came out and instead of spraying poison all over the house, they quickly targeted the entry points, closed them and put traps/poison only where needed to take care of the problem. Had a rat problem in the backyard, they gave really great suggestions I could do on my own to rid of the problem without costing me a penny!

The owner Jeff is THE expert in pest control and he trains his staff well to be extra sensitive with pest applications in households with children and pets which is SO important. I greatly appreciate a pest control company that listens to its customers and then applies targeted solutions that work. This is new york city - no one is immune to pests no matter how clean you keep your apartment. Great to know you can count on Ecology!

I LOVE Ecology! I had a terrible mouse problem and another exterminator came, took my money, and did nothing but leave traps around, which these wily NY mice just laughed at. Ecology guaranteed to get rid of them, and they did. They stuff up every hole in the house, pull out all the stoves, and it really works. They also regularly treat my house for water bugs.

They respond quickly. They are just a few blocks from my house which makes it very convenient. They are personable. I have been happy with them. They got rid of the problem. If the problem comes back they come back, and take care of it at no extra charge.
