Tyler was an amazing home inspector. I highly recommend him / Guardian Inspectors to inspect your purchase before closing. He was very meticulous in going through every part of the home even though much of it was covered in animal feces. He also spent an hour after the inspection going through each line item and taught us a lot about the home.

Home inspection went very well. Ian made sure to include pictures and videos with a helpful analysis. This is my first time buying a house and I felt like this inspection was so fast and thorough. My inspector, tyler, was so thorough in his inspection. He caught several things I didn't even notice not to mention things I wouldn't even know to look for. I recommend everyone have a home inspection before purchasing a home and definitely use guardian. Tyler walked me through everything during the inspection and the report was even more thorough complete with pictures. I feel like I have a safe home to move my family into and that's due to Tyler and guardian.
