I called AR1 about a raccoon family throwing nightly parties on my roof. The gentleman who came to provide an estimate was knowledgeable, professional and honest - he concluded that the best solution was not to trap them, but to trim back the trees next to the house. While I did not use AR1's services this time, I will certainly call on them for any future needs based on this experience.

Rockstars. Inspection was super thorough and informative, and he even gave me some extra advice as a new homeowner (and lawn care!) that was super helpful. He sprayed and the next day our movers came, the ants at our door were already gone and we didn't see anything other than flies make it through the doors!

AR1 stands shoulders above the rest. I live in a townhouse so mice in the walls has been a constant challenge due to a poor build out of my community. When I found evidence they had made their way into my kitchen, I called AR1. I'd contact several other companies months earlier when I had a squirrel and mouse issue in my roof and NONE were ultimately helpful while most were happy to take my money and leave poison behind. AR1 walked through the entire house, assessed the issue, quickly sent me a quote and returned to permanently seal all of the holes. They will be the only company that I context for pest issues (which I hope will be few going forward).

I've used this company for several years and wouldn't use anyone else. They are on time, responsive, professional, kind and most of all effective in getting rid of bugs and mice.

Anthony and his team here are the absolute best, no question about it. Anthony is always right on time, extremely professional, a great person, and has a real eye for any and all potential issues. He doesn't just treat issues with a temporary solution, rather does what is needed to prevent future issues, even coming up with clever ways to prevent issues when you think there is no solution.

He is transparent of what to expect and we used him at our previous townhouse and now at our new home. Anthony is the only one we trust with any type of pest issue or prevention.

I called AR1 about a potential termite problem. I first reached out to another pest control company and the owner went on for 15 minutes about how great he was before admitting he could not do an inspection until 3 days later. Reached out to AR1 instead and Anthony was at my front door a few hours later. He immediately diagnosed the problem and I was able to correct the problem on my own. Anthony was super knowledgable and friendly and, on top of that, did not charge me for the quick visit. Hopefully, I will not have pest problems in the future but, if I do, I will call AR1 without hesitation.

I called AR1 Group for a pest issue we were having in our home. Anthony arrived and investigated every possible space where the critters could be. He showed my wife and I evidence of an infestation that we didn't even know existed. He used eco friendly traps to catch the vermin already living in our home and most importantly he took the time to educate us on how to keep them out. Great professional service. I would recommend AR1 group to anyone having a pest issue.

AR1 was punctual, professional, clear and easy to work with. They came and did a analysis of the issues in my kitchen/bathroom, let me know why they were happening, and explained how they would fix them. It was average priced. The guy who came was very nice and went above and beyond for me.

Had a snake in the apartment that needed to be found FAST and taken care of. Anthony was able to come out same day I called, found the thing and took care of it. He surveyed the apartment and all areas that the snake could have potentially entered the apartment. I chose AR1 Group based on Yelp reviews, and I'm very pleased with the service I received from Anthony. I wasn't able to be home during my appointment time, so a family member had to let him in. I told him over the phone what was going on (a variety of random insects, large spiders, and wasps in our house), and he did a thorough inspection and called me back to explain everything.

He recommended a one-time treatment to get us started instead of trying to sell me something more involved, which I really appreciate. I was concerned when the first person I spoke with on the phone asked for my credit card information while setting up the initial inspection, but it ended up making the process much easier. They already had my info and billed me after I gave my consent. We'll see how the bug issue pans out, but the great service from Anthony and the fact that they have a 90 day guarantee makes me feel confident that I'll be a return customer when the time comes.

We had multiple incidents the previous week with animals scurrying around in our attic and wet wall of our condo. I scheduled an appointment with AR1. Despite the winter storm, Anthony arrived on time and was very courteous, efficient, and professional. He examined our attic, our kitchen, and the external building structure. He gave an honest assessment of what would be effective and, more importantly, what would not be. While we wish we did not need their services, we are very pleased with what we seen so far.
