Cole is always responsive, quick when he's spraying the house, and NatureShield Pest Solutions a good value for spraying quarterly. If we have any concerns, Cole addresses those areas and will come out between sprays if needed! It's been over a year since I've seen a crawling insect in our house! I met Cole as my neighbor and he introduced his business and offered an opportunity for pest control at my home. He is very kind and gracious. He and his brother operate this business. The one thing most important to me is that the product he uses is safe around pets and children. My big issues were spiders and rolypolies. After the first application I noticed in less than a week that the bugs were gone. Cole had explained up front that he would return within 4 weeks to spray for eggs to stop the cycle.
Then return about every 12 weeks for maintenance. The cost is reasonable and so far has proven to be well worth it. He guarantees pest control and will come free of charge should I notice a resurgence of bugs or spiders. Glad to have him as a neighbor and for taking care of the pests! I highly recommend Cole and Natureshield!
