I actually discontinued my previous long-time pest control provider to switch to Armis! I feel like the competition in the area is pretty high, so things like customer service are going to make places like this stick out. I called Armis to try them out because we have a vole problem in our backyard. We didn't want to use rodenticides (our previous provider's only option) or anything like that because, although they are supposedly kid and pet safe, we still didn't want to poison a vole that might later be eaten by bird or neighbor's puppy, etc.
When I chatted with Ronald at Armis about the problem he was more willing to consider our concerns and problem solve with us to avoid using rodenticides, but clearly communicated all the options and trade offs. Also Ronald has been really responsive whenever we had questions. We appreciated the couple of one-off services enough that we signed up for their quarterly service.

Ronald goes above and beyond to ensure that our home is protected from creepy crawlers. Incredibly professional, on time, thorough, and highly communicative. We received quotes from several other companies which were higher and their treatments put at risk birds of prey and other wildlife. Stefan came out for our service today and did a great job knocking down any webs or bugs clinging to our house. We woke up one morning to a dozen wasps inside the house in our kitchen. I called around, and Armis was able to fit us in for an inspection within two hours of me calling. Ronald and Micah came out and Ronald quickly inspected and found a huge yellowjacket nest in our crawl space. He came out early the next morning and removed the nest and sprayed the outside of the house in just over a half hour. Armis's rates are very reasonable, and their service is great. I have a huge fear of wasps, so I greatly appreciate Ronald's speedy, professional service. Thank you so much!
