I called them because we had a bedbug scare. He was so nice at sitting and explaining to us what we found as well as we were able to text him pictures of our concern! Super convenient, super easy and nice! When it was confirmed that it was not bedbugs, we were still uneasy and he proceeded to send out the picture to try to help us figure out what it is. Thankfully, I didn't have an issue this time but 100% if I ever have a bedbug issue I am going to these guys hands-down. Absolutely outstanding and all of this was over an eight minute phone call. I have never been more at ease with a bad situation as I was while working with Voyd Bed Bug Treatment. I called to beg for help with a pretty bad infestation. James took my call, really put me at ease, and assured me that help was on the way. It was total top customer service with how he handled the phone call. No upselling, just the facts, and then took my considerations into account. Jason was sent to inspect, and treat.

Both were done in outstanding fashion. Jason not only told me what he was going to look for, and how, he showed me what he was finding, and again, put my mind at ease letting me realize that it was a fixable situation, and he was going to take care of it. On the day of the treatment, there was NOTHING ambiguous or left to interpretation. All terms and conditions were laid out first, and again, Jason continued to put my mind at ease that this treatment was going to work (we did heat and chemical).

He did an AWESOME job, and was EXTREMELY professional, and careful with all the bulky equipment. He was also VERY knowledgeable about his work, and his confidence REALLY sold me. While I hope to NEVER need to call these folks again (except to invite them out to a celebration feast), I will HIGHLY recommend them, and I know who to call if I ever need help again! Evan came and inspected my house and inspected for bed bugs and he looked really thoroughly in areas like the living room. I was really suffering from the bites every night so I appreciated how thorough he was being. Then he came a few days later and exterminated and it only took a few hours to heat 2 rooms and then use a chemical. I think its a really good value for the services because you get a 3 month warranty and you get heat and a chemical. And Evan was really nice and professional! Im glad i chose voyd!

Diane walked me through what I should do and even though it turned out that my home wasn't infected, she was awesome in providing education and comfort for my family. She even called me back just to check on my situation. The world seems to have forgotten what customer service really is, but not this company.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from this company. I was worried that I brought bed bugs back with me from vacation and they came and conducted the most thorough inspection I could have asked for. After identifying the rooms that were infested they promptly did a heat treatment and I haven't had any problems since. I asked them to do an inspection a few weeks later and they were happy to come by and double check just for my own peace of mind.

I am soooo appreciative of Voyd! If it wasn't for them, I don't know what we would have done. Bed bugs are a nightmare. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. With replacement of furniture and steps to eradicate these creatures, it cost about 5K, but that beats leaving and starting all over. Voyd is a specialty company for a reason. I highly recommend them if you have bed bugs. And, please, don't hesitate. They give procreate new meaning.
