I called on a Saturday for a yellow jacket problem. Rami came on time and as promised on a Sunday morning. He was professional, reasonably priced and thorough. He reminded me of his guarantee should we see any more and reassured us he would come back. It wasn't necessary since the problem was taken care of the first time!

I was looking for a local exterminator who would be responsive and knowledgeable rather than a big company that seems to just dial it in. Rami returned my call in short order, and came to evaluate our on and off mouse issue. After inspection of our home perimeter, he advise me on where he felt the entry points were and sealed those locations in short order.
Other companies just continued to set traps, but never bothered to figure out how to stop them from gaining entry. To date - We have been rodent free. I found Rami to be honest, knowledgeable, and professional!

I didn't use this company's service because I'm a renter and my landlord is using someone else but I called because my landlord told me that pets have to be out of the house for the pest control but didn't specify how long so I called them and they were very very very nice people both wife and husband. They were very informative and very professional.
When I spoke to Michelle I believe she told me she would have her husband call me back it was within 5 min and told me everything I needed to know. I really recommend this company and would recommend them to my landlord next time

I don't usually write reviews, but Rami is amazing! I called with a huge hornet nest on my deck and he was here within a few hours. I highly, highly recommend Rami at New Day Pest Control for any pest control/removal needs. We had 6 groundhogs living under our back shed. With Ramis help, we humanely removed each over the period of about two weeks. Rami was extremely responsive each time we called, very professional, and even made suggestions of how we can remediate issues like this in the future. You can stop looking because this is the man you call. I had been having an on going battle with squirrels in my attic and finally accepted defeat and called a professional. Rami called me back within 5 minutes and was at my home in less than an hour. He answered all of my questions came up with a plan and at this point I am confident my squirrel problem has been solved.
He also inspected the rest of my house for any other potential pest problems and gave me good advice how to keep it pest free. Rami is a very professional and personable man that I truly believe cares about his customers. I could not be happier about what he did for me and for the price he did it for. I hope I never have to call him again but if something does come up I will not hesitate to call. Five stars all the way would give more if I could.

We called Rami on a Saturday afternoon after discovering that we were living with a mouse. He was extremely prompt and came same day. He clearly was very knowledgeable and provided us with some valuable preventive tips. He placed traps in our attic, basement, crawl space and garage and provided specific instructions on how to monitor the situation. Highly recommended.
