I am writing to let you know how much my husband and I appreciate the help of your company, Rebel Pest Control. From the time we called your office, your staff has been very kind and efficient. Your technicians came and clearly explained our options after their inspection. We have a three year old son and a shih tzu so we were quite worried about the side effects of any treatment for mice. We are so glad that your methods and products are totally safe for children and pet animals.

I have been using Rebel Pest Control for many years and have since referred them to several of my neighbors and family members. I have 3 dogs and 2 small children and have nothing to worry about with the chemicals they use. I have not had any type of insects in or around my home since using them and I live in an area where scorpions and black widows are very prevalent. Thanks for everything; I will be a client for as long as i live in Vegas!

I started using Rebel Pest when my rented condo was overrun with German roaches. Fred came by first to assess and was honest about what was needed, how difficult it could be with having shared walls, but assured me they could help. I have a monthly plan with them and within 6 months, between their spraying, etc and the suggested changes and remedies, I stopped having issues.

Now with my new house I trust them to keep my house bug and pest free and it is. I also appreciate that if I find a bug issue between calls, they will come out and handle it. Their spray also has not affected my pets and we have not had any noxious fumes. They try to always send the same person so as a client I am comfortable with them being in my home and not constantly having strangers around. A good family company for me.

Scorpion and centipede Extermination. Rebel is great. We have used them for years probably five or six since we bought the house. I LOVE Rebel Pest Control! I'm terrified of bugs, and thanks to them, I haven't seen one near my house in years! I recommend them to every one of my Real Estate clients as well. We have babies and dogs, and they use a safe spray, so we've never had to worry about it being toxic to our family. Ryan services our yard, and seriously amazing. The person who handles the phones is extremely rude, even in person. I would be horrified if this lady was the face of my company. BAD for BUSINESS!

Excellent service. I've been using them for years and get monthly service at my home. When we first moved into our home nearly 2 1/2 years ago we had a very severe scorpion problem. They came countless times the first few months to set a barrier and now we aren't finding hardly any scorpions in the house. Oscar is the best! So friendly and willing to do what we need and always on time.

We have used Rest Pest Control for @10 years. We have been very satisfied with their service. We have had them out for a couple of special projects, Bed Bugs and Pigeons. Those are nasty problems. Their help and professionalism was essential.

I've used Rebel for a year and a half, and they are the best. They have the best customer service. Their technicians are so friendly. And they get rid of the bugs. Can't ask for anything better than that!

Rebel pest control came out to my home for the 2nd time and what a horrific experience. They claim to be pet friendly but unfortunately this was not the case. They sprayed in my backyard all over my doggie door without my knowledge. My dog unfortunately got into it (it seeped through her skin) and I had to rush her to the animal hospital. She was hospitalized for 24 hours ($500 later.) she made a full recovery but it did come back in her toxicity report that she consumed poison.

When I called and spoke to Fred at Rebel Pest Control he was so cruel. He is truly evil. He did not care whatso ever about my situation and after yelling at me (with language that isn't appropriate to yelp) he said this was my fault and hung up. I called back a few hours later letting him know I had the report from the animal hospital and he said he would cancel my service and not charge me.

Well come to find out they CHARGED ME TWICE for the one month! I guess there was a cancellation fee. I tried calling when I noticed the changes and he just hung up on me. What a horrifying experience. I suggest anyone with pets or kids to run for the hills when you see this company.

We've always had great service, no matter who comes. They're always friendly to our child & dog, as well.

We love Rebel and our Technician Tyler C. He is always positive, courteous, and friendly. He got rid of the crickets and spiders fast. They call us with a reminder and Tyler call us to let us know he is on his way. Try them out and ask for Tyler to be your Tech.

They are always prompt, nice, considerate of our needs for the 6+ years we've been using them. Plus, they'll come out for free any other time of the month, but we've never needed that! Lately, Tyler has been a great asset to their team for us. Thank you so much!

I had a concern about some potential termite activity so I gave Rebel a call. They came out the very next morning to take a look and put my mind at ease. Turns out it wasn't termite activity after all, but I appreciated the quick response. Fred told me what signs to look for in case I see anything else suspicious in the future. Rebel Pest Control is quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Drivers never show up on time make you wait over 6 hrs to do a ten minute job. Customer service manager is so rude and inconsiderate. Please trust me try someone else.
