Matt is such a wonderful person! He does a great job and we always enjoy seeing him quarterly. He is honest and takes great care of our family! We also had such a great termite inspection with Scott. He is extremely knowledgeable and so kind to our dog! Couldn't ask for a better crew! Services: General pest inspection, Termite inspection

My lawn looks awesome since Nvirotect has been visiting us monthly. The grass is greener, more full and the weeds have all but diminished. My tech Nick is absolutely fantastic. You can tell he really likes his job and is good at it. I am incredibly pleased with my decision to use Nvirotect on my lawn.

We have been using Nvirotect for 5+ years, at two separate houses and they've been fantastic since day 1. We are on the water and we were having a huge issue with spiders on our boat dock and although spiders are uncontrollable, the treatment they've been providing quarterly has decreased our issue immensely! Our tech is always courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
I appreciate that we have the same one quarterly, as he knows our home and our 'issues' and treats them as necessary, opposed to having to explain our issues, every treatment. Highly recommend this company.

Don't use Nvirotech! Here are the facts on my service with this company and why I feel everyone should stay away from this company. (1) I signed up with Nvirotect 3-4 years ago to remove / kill the spider infestation I had in my backyard patio / lanai. Every quarterly visit, I would bring this up to the individual that would treat our home. They would always do their best, try different treatments, but the spiders would typically take over again a few weeks after the service and months before the next quarterly service. (2) I'm at fault for staying with Nvirotect for 3-4 years. Nvirotech couldn't address the only reason I asked for their services.
I finally called to cancel my service 6 months ago. As I attempted to cancel, they asked if they could send their lead service tech to take a look at the issue. I agreed. (3) The lead service tech (who was a very nice gentleman) knew of the issue I was having for quite some time. He stated that they couldn't use a specific treatment they had for spiders in my backyard because of the pool and the "safety of my family" who swims in the pool.
He said this knowing (and admitting to the fact) that Nvirotect had already used this specific treatment twice prior. I guess the safety of my family wasn't important on those occasions? I told him that if Nvirotech can't treat the spiders because of the pool, I would obviously need to cancel since that was the only reason for requesting their services. (4) Someone from the front office called (and left a message) a few weeks later and stated they now CAN use that specific treatment for spiders that the technician had just said they couldn't.
They wanted to charge me an additional fee of approx. $200 per quarter on top of the $96 I'm already paying per quarter! Not sure what changed as to the "safety of my family"; this was conveniently left out in the voice message. They didn't also follow up with me on my initial cancellation request. I didn't call back because I was not happy with this response. (5) 3 months later, they called the night before the standard quarterly service.
Neither Nvirotech or I called each other to confirm I still wanted to cancel the service after they sent the lead service tech about my spider issue. I immediately called to make sure my service was canceled after I got the call that they were coming for the quarterly service. It was out of business hours so I called the next morning and unfortunately this was not prior to them showing up for this service.
They are now holding me to pay this $96 and service that I tried to cancel. (6) I'm sure there will be a response to this review that it was my fault for not calling back to cancel (a second time). This is partly true and I will take some fault. I will now pay for the last service that I never wanted for the last time.

Eli in particular, and other expert technicians are very patient and responsive when a customer has concerns or questions. We have been customers for many years and are very satisfied. They are very environmentally aware and responsible. They also offer a 10% discount if you pay for a years service. I wish other companies offered that discount. Very happy customer.

I have been a Nvirotect lawn care customer for the last few years now, and I have been very pleased with their service. My tech, Afro, is very knowledgeable and personable and he continues to keep my lawn looking great. If you are in search of an awesome lawn care company, I would highly recommend Nvirotect.

We have used their services for the 8 years we have lived in our house. Indoor/outdoor services as well as lawn and shrub. Each time they have come out they call before hand and are professional. the last time they came out Bryan Kennedy specifically noticed we had some entryways that could result in unwanted pests. He was super helpful, knowledgable and was able to promptly take care of covering up anything that looked like it could result in critters entering our house.
After he was done he walked us through all the things he took care of for us and explained everything that he did to prevent critters from entering in our house. I would recommend this company 1000% since anytime i have seen just one ant or roach they are quick to repond and send someone out.

Was told when we started service that they would come between scheduled visits is we had problems. Less than 2 months later we developed an ant issue, called office for help, was told they would call back next morning at latest (roughly 16 hrs) didn't hear back til 48 hrs later, asked to be released from service contract, which they ok'd, but charged me $150. 00 for first visit at which they had done practically nothing. Do not use these folks!

Burnt my grass with excessive weed prevention and tried to blame fungus, when the two look nothing alike! On a few occasions my camera caught them coming out and treating only a small portion of my yard or not doing anything at all and placing a bill on the door with a laundry list of services that were NEVER provided. Austin was a good technician, but the other 3 they sent out were only looking to game the system and take advantage. Don't get stuck by paying for the year up front!

Beyond 5 star service! We called Nvirotect after becoming disappointed with our current service and we are thrilled! Devan, the technician that performed our initial consultation, was AMAZING! He went above and beyond and we never expected to receive such amazing treatment. Thank you Devan! We are so happy with our decision to switch to Nvirotect!

Highly recommend! This old rental house has seen pretty much every type of gross bug you can think of! Since using Nvirotect, our issues were resolved. Our service guy, Josh, is amazing. So friendly, helpful and easy to talk to and work with. He explains everything in detail as to what he is doing but also gives little tips to help further such as cutting back branches that touch the house that are basically a bridge for ants to come in. I love that their services are non toxic as well. They are great, hire em!

Several things. One chance encounter with two people from Nvirotect at my apartment gave me cause to dig into them and what I found what damn embarrassing. And by found, I mean, a ten minute search on the web. First, my encounter. They were rude. Exceptionally rude when I asked them what they were spraying. "Good stuff" "It's just iron to make the grass green" and they laughed as though I was an idiot and would just accept that.
Generally speaking, unless the soil is deficient, iron is not a big thing to apply. When asked again, the Nvirotect employee told me "fungicides, herbicides and pesticides. Safe stuff. We're green." When I asked for the Material Data Safety Sheets any licensed commercial applier should have he looked at me like I was speaking French. Second, the image on the front page of their web site is a stock photo of a random business building.
The real image (below) shows that this is run out of someone's house. Not really a big company. Which isn't necessarily bad but why lie? And what else are they lying about? Third, I called them, four times. Clearly, they don't even bother to have someone in their home answer the phone. It's all voice mail boxes. There's no one to answer questions about the chemicals they are applying. Finally, Kenny was a complete jerk to me when I was asking because he was spraying chemicals all around my apartment.
Where I was walking, where my dogs walk, where my six year old grand daughter plays without adequate signage. One tiny sign which says, on one side, stay off until dry. After I had to walk through the grass to ask them what was up. This company is irresponsible, probably not licensed or insured and almost certainly not following the law. I would not want them anywhere near where I lived. I'll be speaking to our apartment complex managers to hire a better service.
