These guys are not Professionals, they are just the lowest bidders. I lived in an apartment with cockroaches for 3 months because they didn't have the ability to figure it out. I almost had to pay a giant lease break fee but I was able to prove that the managers and these professionals were negligent in controlling the cockroaches. They were in cahoots with the apartment management team the whole time.
Would not admit to any kind of infestation even though there were multiple generations and babies everywhere which never travele far from the nest. Never put down any kind of traps or anything. When they came to check my apartment, I asked him to pull out the dishwasher and he wouldn't do it because it was screwed in and he said it was clean. Super lazy. Semi-pros at best.
