They, like many insects, develop in the following stages: egg, nymph (early development), and adult. Females will produce an egg capsule that contains up to 50 eggs, and hatches within six weeks. As you can do the math, it does not take long for these roaches to multiply very quickly when the conditions are right.

We use this company for our pest control needs and termite protection. We live in the middle of the woods so there's always bugs around. We've had both Josh and David as techs and they have both been professional and polite and always let us know when they're on the way and give a time frame for when they'll arrive, which I really appreciate.

Highly recommend! We had previously used another exterminator for a very mild problem and they had not been able to address. The service was every other month and on all of them between months they had to send someone out to retreat. We were with them for several years. After giving them any chances to address the issue, I started looking for a new provider.
I called and spoke with Innovative Pest Solutions and was impressed with how knowledgeable they were and reassured that they would be able to address the issue. Upon a single treatment, we have not had an issue since. If you have any dissatisfaction with your existing provider, I would highly recommend you give Innovative Pest Solutions a chance.

We moved in on a Sunday, called them Tuesday and the technician arrived Wednesday morning. Very professional and Informative. He explained the pests in the local area and what they use to mitigate them entering the home. He thoroughly went through the house explaining what he's doing. Overall we were delighted our realtor recommended them and will endorse them to anyone that needs pest control. Kudos to you guys, y'all have lifetime customers.

We had Daniel come out and take care of those pesky insects. Absolutely lovely guy, friendly and very respectful. Worked fast but really made sure to get into all the nooks and crannies to get a good full coverage! Super informative too and was able to answer all my questions before starting the process. We have dogs and wanted to make sure they were safe, Daniel made clear everything I needed to know! Was a pleasure having them out and will continue to use their services.

This company is great. We have used them at our previous house and our current home. Their services work to keep the bugs out of our home, and any time the weather causes a flare up in bugs, they come out and treat again to ensure everything is working as it should. Have been with Innovative for almost 15 years (with a house move in between) and could not say enough good things about this company. Corey has become like family, always down for a quick chat. I am not one to hold someone up during an appointment but when folks this professional, knowledgeable and friendly show up, it's hard not to chew the fat a bit.
Regarding treatment quality, as stated I have been with Innovative for almost 15 years across two residences - just give them a call now. I am on the quarterly service plan, never an issue setting up appointments, even if they need to be inside/outside separate days and they are always responsive to ad hoc appointments as well.

David sent me a message about 45 minutes before the appointment to update me on his ETA and then arrived on time. He clearly explained the treatment beforehand and gave her a summary of what he'd done after. He also advised on re-treatment options and other other services they offer. They do a great job every time they come out. Corey called/texted ahead of time and arrived exactly on time. He's familiar with my usual service and took care of a recent ant problem, explaining exactly what he was using, what to expect and insured it was safe for my dog. I used IPS to do a home inspection on my house before I bought it. They did a great job. The house had a camel cricket (aka sprickets aka disgusting) infestation so I hired IPS on an annual, 4x a year, contract. Crickets disappeared never to return. The only time I had other insect issues was when I stopped using IPS. Big mistake. Back with them now and will stay. Super professional crew. Highly recommend them.

These folks always do a good, prompt job, and it's helpful that they can do it at the same time as the home inspection. Kevin Spillman is a good communicator, and the turn -around time is great. He always texts if he's going to be late, and he helps with general questions after the inspection. I recommend him highly.
