I have been using this company for 2 years! They always do a good job. iv never seen a scorpion or spider from the time they have worked with us. they also now take care of my folks. Friendly service too and good communication.

Critical: Responsiveness Truck license ck32963 ran a stop sign in Old Stone ranch on the 25th of Sept at 0910 and almost hit a runner and her dog.

THIS operation never returned my inquiry or phone call about service. Business must be to good for this operation. A waste of my time.

Good Luck! There is only one person running the show "Steffani Peters Office Assistant" and it isn't a grown up. She is rude, won't let you speak with anyone else, doesn't understand business operations, and makes up her own rules. I never authorized treatment, I never agreed on price, and yet they treated anyway. How did I find out, I received a bill a few weeks later.

I said "ok, wow.well I guess I will pay out of escrow".Steffani's response "That will be another $50" I said then nevermind, I will just pay you after it closes and I'm wired my money. She misrepresented and faked an agreement (I never signed anything with them) and sent to escrow. I had it removed from HUD four times.she kept sending it and calling escrow daily.

We closed on Tuesday and I went to pay her and the $50 "escrow" fee is still on there but is now called "late fee". I have requested the Manager or Owner to call me 5 times. I left voicemails and pretty sure Steffani erases them. So maybe this will get the owners' attention. I owe the buyers a termine warranty so I am going to hire another company to treat and happily pay them. Steffani should be looking for a new job soon - I read a review two below this one and they have a very similar bad experience with her. NOTICE TO ALL HR: DO NOT HIRE STEFFANI.

This company has THE worst customer service ever. We have ordered their services several times, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and each time, they have not followed up with the client for payment and have failed to get the report to us within the time period allotted. We have to call them repeatedly to get the reports. Also, they don't provide quotes for treatment with the WDIR., they expect you to call for those as well.

I tried to call the owner to provide feedback and there was no acceptance of any sort of responsibility. With so many different termite options, we are happily moving our business elsewhere.

This is a personal review. While driving a company vehicle, it may be wise not to tailgate every car in front of you, weave in and out of traffic and be just a rude driver. Just a seuggestion. Happened on the 202 west bound between Val Vista and Cooperaround 930am today.

I have used them for years on my personal and rental property - best deal in town! My brother-in-law called a couple of other places and they wanted over $1,000.00 to treat his house I told him to call Pest Control Solutions they did it for $350.00 and only $125.00 a year to warrantee. I had to call them back under my warranty and they came out in a couple of day and retreated - no hassle at all - great service!

Not a review on the company bit it's personal, today I watched an employee threaten some guy at a gas station today, screaming at them inside and out of the store. If this is the professionalism that is practiced by the company I don't know how they stay in business. (The employee was driving a car with company stickers and in a work shirt)

Pest Control Solutions was a recommendation from a friend. The inspection and setup of service was quick and easy. However, the quality of service is where this company truly shines. When faced with an extra trip charge due at no fault of the company or myself, the owner called and refunded the charge stating that he couldn't rightfully charge me for something, which I did not cause. The owner's willingness to do this shows that the company cares for its customers and isn't focused solely on revenue.

Awesome termite company. Laser vision in their inspectors I have had both Joe and Andy work to locate termite and water stains that are very difficult to spot! I strongly recommend this termite company. Thanks for another excellent job Greg Oswalt
