I have known Eric (Flint) Hills for many years. He is a faithful and trustworthy person. He services our church and school facilities well. Doing business with him is akin to the olden days where a handshake and a person's word was as good as gold.

Very professional folks Flint is very informative and honest and has no problem telling you all the ways you can continue to protect your home after there service and also telling you that you just need a few spider Boards to save you money! I paid for 2 sprays and they only came out once. They gave us the run-around about coming out the second time then when we reported it to the bank they finally tried to come out the second time but it was already months later and we would have needed 2 sprays to take care of it again.

My husband and I purchased the Gold package (spray in the attic, crawl space, baseboards, and exterior perimeter of the house) because we were sighting brown recluses in our house, and we wanted to get rid of them as best as possible because we have a baby on the way. First of all, these people are very professional and kind, and the owner goes out of his way to try to provide assistance!

Wonderful customer care! The owner told us that we would probably continue to see some spiders for a little while even after the spraying, and he advised sealing up electrical receptacles with caulk (which my husband did the day he advised it) for extra coverage. However, we wish we had achieved better results. It's been a little over two months now, and we find a brown recluse in our home approximately every other day. Honestly, we think we've been finding more spiders now than before. We're open to giving them another shot because of their excellent customer care, but we hope the spiders diminish soon!

These guys and girls are absolutely amazing! What a rough situation we were in. their easy going and understanding attitude, along with their knowledge on everything going on made the situation so much more bearable. We've used Brown Reclusinator for going on 9 years now and they are amazing! Living between a pond and a nature preserve we get all sorts of creepy crawlers the beginning of every season and they keep us clean and clear. We also have pets and a toddler in the house and I never have to worry about them getting sick or hurt by the product! 10/10 would highly recommend.

We just had our first spray today and the customer service and prices are great! No contract as well so we can decide if we like the results. On my opinion comparing to other companies this is the best for Wichitans.
