This husband wife team are the real deal master exteeminators. They have an answer for every issue AND in the least toxic, family friendly forms possible. They are some of the sweetest, most friendly and genuine mom and pop businesses around. Its obvious they care about us and especially keeping our children safe from pets and toxic chemicals. We've used them for 4 years now for quarterly maintenance concerning ants and cockroaches and have been extremely successful.

They even had a safe approach to maintaining cockroaches around our urban chickens. IF we see any ant and cockroach activity between sprays (which doesn't happen often) they always come out ASAP as part of the maintenance and reapply where necessary. Unfortunately we just picked up a few bedbugs from our visit to UNM hospital (ack!) And Harmony is going out of their way to make sure they can service us ASAP even with a fully loaded schedule!

We chose Harmony because we wanted to support local. Took us months to get scheduled with them in the first place and when we did, a mistake happened and we missed our first appointment. Our office assistant got yelled at on the phone by the owner. It is understandable to be upset about wasted time and money but when it comes to professionalism and customer service, that should be more important.

We ended up giving them another chance and rescheduled with them and their tech told us there was too much rain coming down to spray so he left. I ended up receiving a nasty text from the owner about how we costed them money "again". They really need to work on their customer service and overall professionalism. Very disappointed.

The owner had messaged me to see if Memorial Day worked for my reoccurring treatment. I told him that was perfect and confirmed the tech that would be coming out the Saturday before Memorial Day. Come Memorial Day no service and no call from the business to tell me nobody would be comingeven though I had confirmed with the owner 2 days before. The next day still no word from the business 2 days later still no word from the business finally the Friday after Memorial Day I had reached out to make sure nothing had happened to their tech.

The owner told me that that tech doesn't service this side of town anymore as he lives on the other side of town. I can promise that when the schedule was made two days prior to my appointment and confirmed with the owner that he didn't change the territory for said tech. Even if he did for the owner to not reach out and tell me that, send a different tech or even have the common courtesy of calling the next day and apologizing I can not in good conscious recommend them. I would definitely call a different place.

I wish all service contractors could be as polite, friendly, on time, and as high quality as Harmony. Their service is great and their technicians are fantastic. Highly recommended! Services: Cockroach extermination, Spider extermination

So very grateful for the folks at Harmony Pest Management! We are refinancing our house and needed a pest inspection. One major company didn't show and left us waiting for 5 hours. There was a 4 hour window and we called to see when they were coming only to be told the person couldn't be reached but they texted them to ask when they were arriving.

Another company couldn't / wouldn't work with our schedule. I saw Howie's fantastic reviews of Harmony and knew I had found the answer to our pest inspection problems! I emailed on Saturday, after the business was closed, but still heard very quickly from Matt, the owner. He scheduled us for Tuesday at a time that worked for our schedule because he knew the only thing holding up our refi was the pest inspection.

They were awesome - friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We got a very thorough inspection and some great advice. I'd definitely recommend calling Harmony and if we have any issues with pests in future, we will call them without hesitation.

Where as other services require the animal to be put down and thus higher removal costs, Harmony makes the effort to spare life and relocate. They came out within the hour and took a skunk I caught that was tearing up the yard. No need to kill it. But don't want to pay a ton of $ to deal with it, tho. So thankful I kept looking and found Harmony. Nice folks, too.

I've been meaning to update this review for YEARS. Since our first appointment with Harmony Pest, we've never wavered from the company, never even considered it. New Mexico has a fine assortment of bugs, including a few that you really don't want to mess with, and Harmony has stepped up, year after year, to help us "manage" the critters.

They communicate via text, messaging about a week prior to the next scheduled visit, and they're responsive to the texts you send them, like the time we had mutant mice running through the living room, the wasp nest on the fence, a black widow party on the porch, and most recently, the mid-January ant invasion. Not only was Dylan on time and extremely personable (including admitting that the attack on the Capitol was impacting his mental health that day), he was thorough. Masked and distanced, he surveyed areas of the room where the ants were entering, adding pet-safe plastic baits in well-hidden places, and he sprayed outside, as well. "If I should come back, just call -- I'll be here as soon as I can." This example isn't an outlier, it's the norm. This is a family-run local company that uses organic, earth-friendly products and they hire great people. Hire them. They also relocate honey bees.

I've used a couple local pest companies, Harmony is the best in my opinion. They are careful, service minded, friendly, and thorough. Dylan accommodated all of my requests with a great attitude. Can't recommend them enough

Based on their reviews I was glad to find this company. However, they have not returned two of my phone calls over several days. Very curious for a company highly rated. I've moved on.

Man I hate to leave this bad review because they were so nice, but I have to. It wasn't too difficult reaching them and they came over some days later to look around, try to determine the pest tunneling under my house (they didn't know what it was), and get an idea for what remedy they could offer. It was possibly ground squirrels so they offered me 3 live traps for $75 and then $40 to come back and pick them up regardless of how many were full. Fine, I need these critters gone and rodenticides are unacceptable to me, so I accepted.

We communicated over text for a number of weeks and eventually they just stopped. I would get messages like, "sorry last week really got away from us; maybe we could try next week". Meanwhile rodents have tunneled under all walls of my house now and chewed their way into my kitchen. The problem has gotten SO much worse and is going to be SO much harder to fix now. :( I don't know about their work hours starting at 7:00am because all that I asked was that they be here early enough that I wouldn't have to be late to work. Anytime from 7:00-8:00 was ideal.

They were not able to accommodate my request (hence the constant need to reschedule) but unless they are way outside of town, starting at 7:00 means they should've been able to get to the SouthValley by 8:00am? I don't think I was being unreasonable in that request. Sadly I will have to go with a different pest company, and now I have not only the outside tunnels to deal with but actual damage to the house as well.

Moving into our new home which had been vacant for two years, we needed to start a pest service quickly. Harmony got good reviews on Yelp and Matt contacted me right away. We scheduled service and the technician that came out seemed knowledgeable. He did a thorough job of inspecting the house, assessing our needs, and setting up a quarterly schedule for management.

They will even come out between sprayings if a problem arises (which we haven't needed yet but nice to know). And although we don't have small children or pets, I was concerned about the toxicity of their products but was assured they are eco-friendly. The only reason I'm not giving Harmony 5 stars is because the price seems a little high. We came from CA where we paid quite a bit less for comparable service. But compared to other ABQ companies, Harmony is on the low side.

Harmony Pest Management- Albuquerque, NM We had a small wasp nest pop up on our back porch pretty much overnight last weekend. While we probably could have just used some wasp spray and taken care of it ourselves, it was kind of in an awkward area near our back door, and i worries my husband would get swarmed and stung if he attempted to spray them from the only possibly vantage point we had.

We couldn't leave it though, as I worried we would get stung (I have a possible allergy to stings), and I worried about them getting into our house or stinging one of our children or dogs. I contacted Harmony for a quote and the owner got back to me very quickly, within minutes. Just as quickly, they got us all set up with an appointment the following morning and with a reasonable price for as far out as we live and the job.

They showed up pretty promptly for the appointment and quickly took care of the wasp nest. i'm pleased for the amount and how quickly they took care of it, that i didn't have to have my husband, myself, dogs or our kids worry about getting stung. we'll be back again for any pest issues!

My wife and I moved up to the East Mountains, we knew there would be more bugs and critters up here, but our place had been vacant for a few months prior to us moving in so I think there were a few more than normal. That being said we did some research and found this fantastic company. The first visit the came out and did a comprehensive inspection around the house with us and gave us a game plan on how we were going to fight back with these pests.

Since then the volume has definitely slowed down and if we find that the pests are coming back in between their quarterly treatments they come all the way back out to us and spot treat for free. Great folks work here and we feel fortunate to have found them especially in ABQ it can be hard to find good, hardworking, and reliable vendors. Thank you Harmony for helping us get our little oasis back into Harmony

This is the absolute best pest control company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. We had a severe ant infestation in almost every room of the house, & they were able to eliminate the issue. It took several visits, but Matt is persistent & made sure that we got the problem taken care of. Matt & his wife are both very kind people. I love that they educate as well as do the treatments, so we now how to help prevent future issues. I would definitely recommend Harmony Pest Management!

As a Realtor, I recommend Harmony Pest Control for Termite/Dry Rot Inspections, Termite Treatment and General Pest Control to all my customers and clients. I highly recommend them to you too. Matt and Mary Ann provide a thorough inspection, and take the time needed to answer questions and fully inform the client on both the existence of and prevention of pests.

Other inspection companies are in and out in minutes with little to no client interaction. I also appreciate their ability to apply product to address the issue and not saturate the entire property. I really can't say enough good things about Harmony Pest! These folks really care about their customers and always go above and beyond with their service. We used them in 2014 at a house we were renting. And then started with them again last fall (we had been in an apartment for few years). We now live near the BioPark and with the wet spring we had quite a battle with critters.

They came out and did a great service, but a week later we were still having an issue here and there. The owners came out on a Saturday (!) and spent at least an hour with me going over every inch of the property to see where there was a weak link in the defenses. Turns out it was the drain holes in the windows, so they gave me great advice on how to fix that (pieces of screen put into place over the drain holes with silicone).

They then did another thorough treatment (which, judging by the carnage this morning around the house, did a great job). Most importantly, they were very kind and did not belittle my anxious and hyperactive bug phobia concerns. I can get pretty wound up about bugs, but they were calm and explained everything and gave me total peace of mind. These folks are extremely professional and customer-focused. Highly highly recommended!

Owner Matt V was super helpful. While the problem i have is not something he can service, he forwarded pictures of my pest/mold/fungus issue to another profession and provided his contact information. I plan to contact Harmony Pest Mgt next time i need assistance with pest control. THANKS!

Harmony does a terrific job keeping the bugs away and the product they use is safe. They have been doing quarterly service for me for a number of years and I trust them. They treat the inside of the house and the outside periphery. If there are any issues between quarterly treatments, they take care of the problem! They will make sure they really are gone.

I called Harmony due to the great reviews they received here on Yelp and I am so glad I did! I called because every year I had mice and I got tired of always setting up traps and then having to throw them out and never getting rid of all of them. :( They have been coming out for a year now and have seen NO mice at all! I have not even seen evidence of mice (droppings or chewing).

I have been so happy with them that I also had them spray for bugs last year as well and I have not seen any bugs, dead or alive, in or around the house. So so so thankful for Matt and his crew. He always texts me to remind me when my quarterly appointment is and his guys are always on time and super friendly. I am never letting them go!

I messaged a few companies through Yelp and they were the first ones to get back us and gave us their honest opinion about what we needed. We had an ant problem that was annoying me and we have a little baby so food is constantly being dropped on the floor. No matter how fast we cleaned those ants came back. Harmony got back to us SUPER fast and were able to come up to Santa Fe as soon as they could fit us in. It's been a couple of months and so far the ants have stayed away. They were able to use an organic for the inside due to our crawling baby and regular spray for the outside. We have set up a quarterly appointment with them.

I'm changing my rating to four stars instead of five because two different times we were on the schedule and had a no call/no show. This is extremely frustrating when you are purposely waiting during a window you've been given and need to go somewhere but wait, only to be left hanging and forgotten about. While I am happy to support a local company, I really wish they would manage their scheduling better.

Perhaps ensuring all appointments are locked in the system and calling customers or sending a text the day before to confirm appointments might be a good idea. I have taken it upon myself to start confirming the day before to ensure we are on the schedule and nothing else happens. I really hope we don't have any more problems. We do like Harmony, and I would hate to be forced to switch companies because of scheduling issues they have.

Love Harmony Pest Management. They take care of my home and business. Their products are safe for my small dogs and are super responsive to all of my pest control needs.

Excellent, could not have gone better. Description of work: We have them come out quarterly for all types of organic pest control, rodents, roaches, and any sort of but you can imagine, Matt is an expert even in the exotic pest-control arena. There always very nice to our pets, my family, and they're always a pleasure to do business with.

We have worked with Matt and Mariam for the past 5 years to spray inside and outside of our house and they are fantastic. They are easy to get a hold of, always show up on time and our dog gets extra pets when they are here. We are on a service contract where they come out 4 times a year. They would also come out and spray if we need treatment in between scheduled treatments. We originally called them to take care of ant problems inside the house. The problem was immediately solved and we haven't had problems since.

Matt and his wife have been extremely effective at ridding our home of the crawlers which recently took over our neighborhood. Harmony Pest is responsive when we call, punctual, and most importantly they're friendly and personable. This is a terrific small business, they're the model of professionalism.

Harmony Pest Is fantastic! I live in a very buggy part of town and brought Matt & MaryAnn two years ago and haven't had any issues. I have quarterly service and they show up before the bugs come out.they are flexible with scheduling, are dog friendly, and don't poison me or my pets in the process. Highly highly recommend!
