Wildcat Exterminating

Cody did my termite inspection when I bought a new home, and has also sprayed weeds around my yard, front and back. Service was great. I have not had much experience with exterminators or anything like that - but Cody made it really simple and even gave me tips about keeping my house pest free. I will definitely "call the cat" again for anything other related services. Cody is a very dependable person, honest, friendly, and hard working. I stand by him as a business man and a person.

We like to support locally owned and operated businesses. After much research, we decided to use Wildcat Exterminating to wipeout our critter problem. Both Chuck & Joe were on time, professional and treated our home with respect and care. They even went above & beyond what they said they would do. We hired Wildcat to manage weeds around our property. Areas to be treated were identified on a walk through with a tech. When they started sending different techs the same areas weren't getting treated. I requested the original guy as he was in the know, but he never returned. One tech I even requested not be sent again because he cut corners and didn't provide a thorough job. Wanting to have ALL the areas treated consistently, Wildcat finally sent an areal photo highlighting treatment areas. (This was my first time actually seeing this) but all areas agreed upon in the walkthrough were not highlighted.

My position was, your guy said all areas would be done for the price I'm paying, please finish the job sitting to that agreement. Their position was, no - you need to pay extra for all areas. In the end they said I was undercharged from the very beginning and the cost of service would be going up over $100. This could've been a successful experience for all involved if the areal image was shared with me in the first place and agreements were made in writing. Bait and switch. Bad business.

Wildcat exterminating has been doing quarterly weed and pest service at my home for two years. Initially, when I realized I was having a scorpion problem, they were extremely responsive and came out same day to ensure my pets were safe from scorpion stings. I have been using Wildcat for the last two years. My yard always is weed free and I don't receive ugly notes from my HOA! Major wasp invasion mainly around swimming pool. Fogging with pesticide all around the pool, main house, shop, and all outbuildings. (2) treatments thus far in (2) week increments. They've made a major dent in the population thus far. One more visit next week for Inspection and possibly one more fogging. Chuck and his son Cody have done an outstanding job. The people at Wildcat have been great to work with. They also do our quarterly weed control and also do an outstanding job there.
