They came to my apartment building and did bed bug inspections without any tenant having 24hour notice, knowing there was no management on site at the time but proceeded to inspect apartments. Plus bringing the dog in to sniff out bed bugs. Alot of tenants privacy was violated due to no notice and when asked where my notice was the man said there's no manager here. This is very unacceptable. That could be cause for legal action.

McMahon has been absolutely great! We have quarterly pest control appointments with them and they do a great job. Every employee has been incredibly nice and helpful. We also got a discount on flea treatment that included 2 follow-up visits since we have quarterly appointments with them. We've used other pest control businesses in the past and none compare!

Just received service at my home for ants. I've used these guys for about a year. They spray every 3 mths. They explained everything to me and never had an ant problem again until just recently and they came back within a day to remedy the problem. The young guy that just came and sprayed, I think, Lucas?, was awesome. One of the nicest and professional young people I have met in a long time. Even said "THANKS and have a great day" when he left! I would highly recommend anyone to hire these guys for any insect problems.

McMahon's was recommended to me by a dear friend who knew my dog was suffering terrible allergies, particularly from fleas. His immune system is compromised due to how bad the allergies are to where he can't have any type of flea/tick treatment until this bout clears up. McMahon, particularly Jared, took it upon themselves to invest in Koda's well being. Going as far as loving my big baby almost as much I do.
They made sure he had plenty of time to potty and better yet, some sweet love and affection every time they come out. I cannot recommend this company enough. The treatments are helping Koda's allergies and will likely continue to do so since we have signed up for the annual package.

We have been using McMahon for a year now. Lonnie has been the technician taking care of us most of the time. He is very thorough, takes a personal interest in the protection of our home from pests, always responsive if we have a need between quarterly inspections, and he is very professional. We have had many good experiences with the employees that work for McMahon, but Lonnie is exceptional! I wish every experience with other service companies were as good of an experience.

Great Customer service! I have a great service guy named Lonnie. I was at work when Lonnie came over to my house and did my quarterly pest control. I explained to Lonnie that I was having some spiders in the house and that I would like for him to spray inside, but I would not get home until around 6 that evening. He said no problem I will do the outside and come back when you get home.
I arrived home around 6 and Lonnie came back and finished the inside of my house. Lonnie went home after working all day then came back to my house to finish up. We do live in the same part of town, but who does that? That is great customer service trying there best to make their customs happy!

We had a swarm of ants in our house after paying them to spray outside and inside and they only sprayed outside. This was preventative.no issues with bugs before. Also service was supposed to include clearing of spider webs etc which either not was done or I have the fastest web making spiders in Evansville. It took several trips for them to correct the problem and the guy spraying couldn't even answer basic questions about the ants. Overall disappointing service.

I have had nothing but the absolute best service and experiences with McMahon! They are truly the best and have top notch customer service. I use their pest control services for both my business and personal residence. They have always come out any time I have called or scheduled them. They are always on time, very thorough, and friendly. The price is exactly as they have quoted and I have received much more thorough treatments at much less priced than I have been quoted by other companies.

McMahon is extremely cost effective and professional way to go about your pest control. Upon my initial inspection and estimate, the owner himself came out to my house to meet me in person. We are very thankful to have found McMahon. In the last five years, we have had two different service reps and both were very professional. McMahon's office and reps do a great job at communicating. They have always sent out a service date reminder and the rep always checks in with me to let me know what they have done.
