Kyle Muhs was already booked and made time for a same day inspection and was ready to preform a service. With his advice to move and expose all the vulnerable locations to get the best treatment possible we rescheduled. He was on time for the next appointment and handled everything as a professional. Not only have we not had any further problems so far but he educated us on best practices to prevent further issues.
With a pregnant wife and a baby close I feel he and they had our best interests in mind and not just looking for another account. Called 6 other locations and so happy they were the first to respond. Some have still never got back to us. If you want piece of mind or have an issue, he and this company should be your first call. Thank you Kyle!!!

Kevin is our technician, he is professional, knowledgeable, really nice, and after five other companies is the only one who has managed to get rid of our ants. Brandon was helpful, professional and did a good job. We used them before and called them a year later for more ant problems. We live in a woodsy area and it is an ongoing problem. He found nests not far from the house and destroyed the nest and sprayed the house inside and outside. we used one yearly spray instead of the bi monthly. Some companys will not do a one time spray.

Sentinel Pest Control is so easy to work with and very reliable. They did an inspection, discussed the issues with me, performed the necessary services and set up a maintenance plan. Very courteous and professional. My issues are under control and I couldn't be happier with their service. I had previously used a different pest control provider and was not pleased with their service not to mention the issues were never resolved.

I contacted Rolo, because we were hearing rodent activity at night. He and one of his guys came out the next day. Not only did he discover that rats had gotten into our crawl space, but that we had a water leak down there too! We repaired the water leak and Sentinel went to work on the rats. Jessie came out blocked the opening where the rats were getting in, put traps in the crawl space and around our property. Jessie will be back at appropriate intervals to check the traps and dispose of the rats.

We just signed up for regular preventative service with Sentinel. Their reviews are great and now I know why. After an initial thorough inspection, I like that they assign the same person to us and are very flexible. So far Jesse has been really great. On time, courteous, knowledgable and professional. We're new to the area and just moved into a new house in the thick of spider season. UGHHH! He patiently removed a ton of spiders and sacs, treated for ants, and answered all of my dumb questions.

Sentinel is absolutely professional! I woke up to ants in my kitchen! I was needing same day service. Called Sentinel spoke with Anna, she was super nice! I was able to get same day service. Tech Eric showed up super professional and he explained clearly what he was going to do. Eric is the ant slayer! No ants since his treatment. I recommend Sentinel 100%!I will be using their services again if I have other issues with bugs!

I have been using Sentinel Pest Control for the last 5 years and am so very happy with the services they provide for me! If there is a infestation of spiders, I call them and they come right out and take care of my problem. They also call me in advance so I can unlock my back gate and keep my small dogs inside! They even take care of my outside storage sheds! Wow, that's pretty awesome! All of their pest professionals are awesome! Kyle Muhs has been servicing my house for a long time and he is amazing! I highly recommend Sentinel Pest Control!

Reached out to multiple pest control companies to get an estimate on when they could come out to resolve a yellow jacket hive issue where the hive was behind an exterior wall. Sentinel Pest Control was able to look up in a few minutes in their system that someone was available in the area to stop by within an hour of me calling at a much lower price.
I was given a range from 12~1 and Kyle came out pretty much right at 12 to begin work. He was very professional and thorough in explaining the situation and what he is going to be doing and what the expectation is. The folks on the phone also were very kind and professional and helpful. If I have any future issues with any sort of pest, Sentinel Pest Control will be the first place I reach out to.

Wow, fantastic service. They were able to get me in same day as we had a nest of bees in our master bedroom walls. The technician was very knowledgeable and kind. He answered all of my questions. And the best part is I don't hear any bees eating our drywall Fingers crossed they are all dead. Would definitely use Sentinel again!

Super happy with the service at Sentinel Pest Control. I won't use anyone else for pest control. This is the third time I have used Sentinel and each time I am happy I did. Mark came out this last time to a new property I acquired and he was fantastic. He really knows what he is doing, and he was so patient working around my tenants. He was very informative, detailed, and thorough, and just a really nice guy. I am really glad I called Sentinel Pest Control.

While my husband was mowing the lawn, he got stung by a wasp and discovered a wasp nest. Having seen other great reviews, we called Sentinel. Their customer service on the phone was excellent and they were able to get a tech out to our place in downtown puyallup within a half hour. Kevin, the tech, was awesome. He was very professional and worked quickly to help us out.
