Expert Pest Solutions LLC is owned and operated by Brian Pickens. Brian started in the pest control industry in January of 2002 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. What started as a way to help pay his wife's way through college at LSU (Louisiana State University) quickly became a profession that he was passionate about. Enjoying the profession so much he began researching insects, products, and techniques in is free time. After starting a family he decided he wanted to move somewhere that he and his family could live permanently.We take pride in knowing the pest control industry but we also focus on being experts in personal service. This service is not recommended to achieve long term control or to reduce pest pressure long term on your home. But there are situations where this may best fit a customer's need. We do charge more depending on the severity of the problem and type of problem you have. When we do offer this service we guarantee to solve the problem that we were hired to solve.
Quarterly Service
Report
On our quarterly service plan we come out during each season; spring, summer, winter, and fall. Each season has different challenges with pests and our goal is to control the current issues and prevent the issues that will be coming. You only pay when the treatment is done at the beginning of your quarter; there is no additional charge for return visits to treat covered pests between visits. You essentially are paying for 3 months of service not just 1 treatment.

I have utilized Brian with Expert Pest Solutions several times at my business and home and he is ALWAYS through and professional. He is very knowledgeable and proactive! I have used a couple other pest control companies in the Springfield metro over the past 18 years and Brian is the best! Great job!
