Critical: Professionalism I have used both Terminix and Permatox and once you sign a contract with Permatox you will not be allowed to skip a treatment. My wife and I had 2 treatments we could not get out of even though we didn't live in the house due to renovations. Terminix allowed me to skip treatments. Petty. Service: General pest inspection

The problem I called for help with seems to be on the mend, so that is At least worth a star. I had an appointment in April to get the inside of my house treated. I unfortunately missed this appointment and promptly called the technician to reschedule. I did not get a call back from him until after calling the office weeks later. He came back out and treated..everything is good.

Today I get a call stating I have an over due invoice from the date that I missed. Apparently even though he was supposed to do the inside and I missed the appointment, he did the outside anyway. That's Permatox policy according to the owner. All he could say is that my other 3k customers are happy with it, so I'm sorry you didn't read your contact.
