American Pest got our out of control mice population under control in a short period of time. Considering we live in a very wooded area we now have minimal visitors. Eric was fantastic with our initial evaluation, and responsive immediately when called on the day of service prior to the treatment. The person who came to provide the treatment was also very respectful and responsive to my concerns. Only recommendation is that instruction prior to the treatment be provided and received by the client. Only through inquisitive inquiry was I able to find out how to prepare my residence prior to treatment. I haven't seen any new ants since treatment, and I hope this remains true.

Potential customer and homeowner in Longmeadow lost to dangerous driving. Driving on I-91s on 03/25/2019 at around 9:45, American Pest Solutions decided to disregard all traffic laws and other drivers safety. After weaving in an out of traffic with no turn signal, he decides to tailgate us at less than half a car length at 58mph. As the Longmeadow exist is coming up, he then illegally drives over the Gore marks in an attempt to get around people.
As we are driving down the off-ramp into town, the driver makes an attempt to pass on the left (single lane). When the light changes on route 5, he once again makes an attempt to pass on the left (single lane) and straddles the double yellow line: If I can't trust you with safe driving and my family's life, how can I trust you with my home and use of pesticides around my family? P.S. if you are going to break the law and tailgate, at least don't pick your nose.

I rarely write reviews but I was so pleased with the results I wanted to tell someone else. I had what I considered an extreme invasion of carpenter ants; they were eating me out of house and home. I called American Pest Solutions after seeing their AD on TV. They were very thorough. They tracked the ant's right to their nest. After one visit I saw only a few ants and after the second visit my ant problem was solved. They have an a+ in my book
