My husband and I had a pigeon problem on our back deck. It was disgusting, they were pooping everywhere. We called two companies to get estimates. Logan Square Pest control came out right away. They were the cheapest. I was a little worried that because they were cheaper, it wouldn't be as good of a job. They were great. There were three men that came out to put up spikes. They also cleaned up all of the poop on the back deck. We couldn't be happier with the service they provided. We have been pigeon free ever since.

I have been struggling with spiders in my apartment for a few months now, and my landlord sent an exterminator from this company over to my apartment. He was extremely unprofessional, and despite my directions to not enter the apartment without permission, used an emergency key and walked in while I was in bed, without a whole lot on. He obviously did not speak English well, nor did he care to understand what I was trying to say.
I told him there were spiders on the ceiling, which prompted him to spray repellent directly onto the ceiling. The repellent dripped down the walls, and discolored them. I was later informed that bug repellent, especially professional-grade aerosol ones, are never to be sprayed above shoulder-level, which is something even an absolute novice should know.
The man was just generally not very professional, nor was he even vaguely knowledgeable about his job, which is dangerous when you're working with strong chemicals. I absolutely would not recommend working with anyone from this company ever again.

We moved into our unit Mid-August 2019, and after signing the lease and moving in, the landlord notified us of an infestation that was "treated" 6 months prior to our move in by this company by Carl Easter. It was never solved, and Carl told me after his 3rd visit to this until that our landlord never checked the other units. IT IS IN THE CHICAGO BED BUG ORDINANCE that you HAVE to check all surrounding units!
Any real and legal exterminator would be familiar with this law. We demanded in October that they check the units below ours (we are the top floor of a 3 unit building) and they found the infestation was coming from the 1st floor and had also infected the garden unit below them. Carl the exterminator has been out multiple times and we are still being bit and actively find live, healthy bed bugs in our bedroom and livingroom.
We feel trapped in this apartment because we do not want to spread this infestation when we move out or travel. The psychological and physical pain from the bites is immeasurable. We have also filed multiple reports to the city about this untreated issue. Here is a timeline: 08/15/19: was painting bathroom and found bed bug exoskeleton in bathtub. Called landlord and asked.
This was the first he had told us about the previous infestation in our unit 6 months prior to our move in. 08/25/19: Called landlord to notify him of the bedbug bites that were continuing. 09/02/19: Texted landlord pictures of bedbugs we had found and captured and notified him of more bites. 09/06/19: exterminator came out for treatment 09/14/19: exterminator came out for treatment (notified me that he had never examined the other units) 09/17/19: reported bed bug infestation to Chicago City / Health Department 09/20/19: Informed landlord of new bedbug bites through text 10/09/19: exterminator came out for treatment 10/18/19: exterminator scheduled to come out for treatment.
No show. 10/25/19: Exterminator came out for treatment and for the first time, examined the other units, found the root of the infestation 10/29/19: notified landlord through text of new bedbug bites 10/31/19: City of Chicago examined the building and reported building violations to the landlord. This closed the report 12/12/19: Notified landlord through text of new bedbug bites 12/16/19: exterminator came out for treatment.
Other tenants in building tried to refuse entry even though the landlord gave more than 5 day notice for treatment. Carl tried to leave, but I demanded they enter the units to treat. They did. They spent almost 15mins in the garden unit, and only 6 mins in the 1st floor unit. I opened a new Report with the City of Chicago for the ongoing infestation. 01/02/20: notified landlord through text of new bedbug bites and found a live bedbug in the living room on the couch. I firmly believe this company has no regulations and needs to be examined by the city for it's protocol or lack there of.

I had swarms of ants invading my home so I called and got hold of Chicago pest control experts. They came within the hour and treated my home properly. The treatment seems to be working so far. Hopefully the ants will not come back again at least not this year anyways. Thanks Chicago Pest Control Experts.
