Doesn't follow up. I've been trying to get a quote for 3 weeks. Had the inspection, now can't get a quote. Can't get them to follow up. I've have called several times. Finally heard from them through email after contacting them through their contact form online. They had written my email down incorrectly and thought that just because the email went through that I received the quote.
They never did return my phone call. I specifically asked for a return phone call all 3 times I called them. Even after they sent me the quote they would not schedule an appointment until the contract was returned. The contract was not able to be signed online so it must be printed and mailed. I explained that I have lots of company coming and I needed to get this dealt with ASAP and they didn't respond. The person that answers the phone was nice enough but she couldn't ever get any action from whoever was supposed to be dealing with the customers.

The person that has been coming here only spends 10 minutes inside the building. He was literally in the resident's area only 2 minutes. We have 26 rooms with bathrooms, dining areas & 2 other bathrooms. I'm not sure that he does the outside every time. If he does, he again does not spend much time out there. The person before him would spend 1/2 hour to 45 minutes inside then would let me know she was done & was going to do the outside. I am not happy with the service we have been getting & I have already talked to someone on this issue.

Rick has been coming here for years, and he is always punctual, pleasant, and does a good job. It's always a pleasure to see him every month. If we ever have any issues, we just let him know, and he takes care of it. I look forward to seeing him, and he always takes a moment to chit chat which gives a personal touch to his job. Hopefully he won't be retiring any time soon!

I have Scott as my exterminator. I feel he is through, knows his business and friendly. He answers any questions I have and grateful for him. He has gotten my problem under control so thanks to him I have not seen any in awhile. Only problem I have is the cost. I am on disability and it is hard to come up with that fee every 2 months. It means I have to let something slide and I hate to do that. Otherwise I am happy with the service.
