All applications are applied by trained technicians who attend ongoing training, both locally and at the state level, where continuing education credits are issued. Mug-A- Bug is an active member in both the National and Colorado Pest Control Associations.Mug-A- Bug provide, upon request, any product labels or MSDS information needed. All service requests will be responded to within 24-48 hours of notification. All work is performed in a manner not to conflict with daily operations. The technicians I have met have been wonderful. They are kind, intelligent and informative. The prices are competitive and they don't try to sell you on services not needed. They really let you know what is going on and how to get rid of the issue. If you're looking for a pest control company, these are your guys. We have used Mug-A-Bug since moving into our house and have always been happy with the service provided. However, on the last couple of visits, I have been unhappy with service. We had an initial visit and the tech said that there was mice in the second structure. I asked to have another tech come to look and he said there are no mice in the second structure.
I went ahead with the service, but I realized it is just a way to charge more for a service that wasn't actually needed. I understand that times are difficult, but it feels not very nice to be charged for something not needed. The other issue is with billing. The representative that I talked with was very rude. And it just leaves a person with a overall negative feeling about the company.
I did appreciate the second tech that came in. He was honest with his assessment. Though due to the overall service from the company - I do not recommend using them as they are just looking for additional charges for services not needed.

Mug-A-Bug has consistently provided effective and professional service to Peoples United Methodist Church. As the Admin. Assistant, I have had great experiences with all of the technicians and staff there. I am mentioning technician Joseph as he was extremely knowledgeable, well mannered, professional. He went above and beyond what his job curtailed.

I definitely recommend Mug-A-Bug Pest Control. They are always accommodating when scheduling to include technicians AND they have a warranty between services.if you have an issue, they will come back out. I appreciate our Technician, Joe, as he reminds me via text the day before and will give me a 10 minute window text when on his way. Joe is professional and provides great customer service. He is an asset!
