I can not say enough good things about this company. I was having a massive flea infestation due to a previous tenant in my home. I made the mistake of using a chain company thinking they were well known they would get the job done. Long story short I ended up paying a lot of money to a chain company that never fixed the problem nor called me back or answered my calls.
I called catos after hours on a Friday night. I spoke with Dave, such a sweet sweet man! He came out to my house Saturday morning did not charge me a crazy fee. Matter of fact he didn't charge me a dime. He told me to give him a call in a few days and when I am not seeing fleas he would then run my card. I thought that was so nice it was a way to show me he would fix this problem no matter what.
The next morning we were basically flea free. I saw one or two and when he followed up I let him know and he came out to re treat for no additional charge. I will always use local businesses from now on. This company is beyond sweet they're so reasonably priced. They gained our business for life. Do yourself a favor and stop scrolling and call them you will not regret it.

We are a young family who trusted Cato's 50 years of experience. We are first time home owners. After closing, we discovered both termites and Cato's falsified the termite inspection report. The gentleman who wrote the inspection has a reputation of not doing his job. It appears the owner of Cato's did the good Christian thing and gave the gentleman a second chance. However, his kindness to the inspector (Cato's employee) shouldn't be at our young families expense. Cato's owners response was calling me a liar and accused me trying to get something for nothing. Sadly, there is enough information wrong on the termite inspection to show the Cato's inspector didn't inspect our home. We kindly ask the owner to do the right thing and make this right by sharing the cost of remediation.

After over 25 Years of having Cato's take care of our home on a monthly basis we had a gun come missing. The only person beyond my wife and daughter who had been in the home in the two weeks prior to the weapon coming up missing was the exterminator. While a $300 weapon is not a big deal to me monetarily, the thought that someone whom we trust to be in our home (might) be stealing is.
I called the Police and had a report filed and then called Dave the owner and sent Text Messages. Dave called back and assured he would confront the individual and polygraph him as well. I told Dave either way, my wife did not feel comfortable with having this individual back in our home. We were going to continue our service with Cato's until yesterday when the individual in question called to set up a time to spray the home! Dave, the owner had not even spoke to him!
This is beyond comprehension! Again, it is not about the monetary value it is about trust and my Family. I cannot and will not have a person who may be stealing in my home and for Cato's not to take this seriously speaks VOLUMES about them. Dave did try to say he was waiting on the Police to pay for the polygraph this morning - that is NOT what he said on 2 Feb 19 when we spoke. 25 Years of being a loyal customer - ask for one concern to be addressed and this is what you get. Beware folks!

I refinanced my home and termites were found in my mulch so I had to have my home treated. No other pest control place would help me out. Before I even gave them any payment information they had people on the way to my house and completed the treatment within 24 hours. They did such a great job that I signed up for monthly treatments! Always show up on time and my home has been pest free!

Cato's treated my house for termites and did a wonderful job. I have not seen anymore of the issues we were having. They were on time, polite and professional, and seemed to be very thorough in their evaluation. They did go into my crawl space, and I also did receive a phone call when my yearly inspection was due. I would highly recommend them.
