Very knowledgeable technicians, we were really impressed at the detailed services and inspections. Our primary technician was so thorough that, aside from the raccoon problem we called about, he found three other significant pest problems of which we were completely unaware. We have referred you to several of our friends and family in the past few months.

Wonderful personable staff, quality solutions, and very reasonable services. We have recommended Creature Control to many of our friends as well as our Subdivision's association. They have removed and excluded both bats and red squirrels and provided excellent rodent control; we can't recommend them highly enough.

Quick professional emergency response and friendly service; we will definitely use their service for any future problems that arise. We had an unwanted goose at the Millpond next to City Hall that had been attacking local residents and even attacked our City Manager! Creature Control was extremely prompt in their response and were able to capture the goose very quickly Jason is the local hero of the day!

Sean P. helped us seal off our attic from some pesky and aggressive red squirrels who were running a bowling alley up there. He was quick to identify the problem, implement a solution, and explain his logic along the way. He stayed in touch consistently, encouraged updates (maybe wondering who was winning at bowling?!), and was friendly, respectful, and reassuring throughout. We felt we were in capable hands and wouldn't hesitate to use his assistance again.

We've been struggling with red squirrels and bats in our roof for years. We have a steep 3rd-story roof with four very hard to reach soffits alongside dormers on both sides of the roof that seemed nearly impossible to access. The tech Sean was really professional, took a lot of time to explain the approach, walked me through the work when it was done, and followed up via text messages throughout the process.
He even cleaned up some debris at the base of my chimney to help me with a leak that was unrelated to the work while he was up on the roof. The set up was quite complex, with a series of traps to capture any animals still inside the structure, and others to capture any attempting to chew back inside. Once it was determined everything was out, Sean returned to remove the traps and seal everything up for good.
The clawing and scratching noises have stopped, but if they come back I'm confident Sean and team will take care of it. The process is not cheap, but this work requires a lot of risk, skill and experience to pull off right, with people knowledgeable about roof safety, materials, designing flashing, setting one-way traps, bat exclusion, animal behavior and more.
At the end of the day, we decided it was cheaper to pay the professions to do this right than to deal with structural or electrical damage, or bats waking us up inside the house.

Working with Noah was a great experience. He was very friendly and informative about the process and about the bats and mice that were in our home. He communicated well with me for the whole process and made sure that all of my questions were answered. He was an absolute joy to work with. Services: Rodent extermination, General wildlife removal, Bat extermination

Creature Control saved me from an awful infestation of flying squirrels (I did not know they are native to Michigan!), mice, and a colony of bats that had taken to roosting in my attic. Creature Control took care of all three issues very quickly, at a highly competitive rate (less expensive than my next best choice). Afterward, Creature Control sealed the entry points and installed external bait stations, and I haven't seen or heard a single rodent since then!

I had Noah come out to investigate what we believed to be mice. He was extremely professional, educated on everything I asked, and very engaged and patient with my questions. Although some might laugh at how nerve racking the mice problem was to me, he did not. He sought to give me peace of mind while also giving me the information I needed to make decisions for the best course of action. I felt the money we spent today was well worth it.and not just because I was freaked out about the mice!

Creature Control was the answer to our squirrel issue, our technician Dominic was excellent, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He assessed the situation, identified and repaired the entry point, set up one-way roof traps, and eliminated the issue. In addition, treated the mouse issue they also found. I had called another company first and it was a waste of money. Save yourself some time and money and call Creature Control.

Josh Hodge showed up right when he said he would. He did a thorough inspection and carefully outlined an understandable plan to get rid of our attic's red squirrel(s). Josh was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. And the price is exactly what we were quoted prior to beginning this whole process. Full marks to Creature Control from this satisfied customer.

Yellow jackets took over one end of our roof at the ridge vent and were quite active. I called Creature Control and Chris Moore came out. He was able to open the ridge vent and see activity but wasnt able to find the actual hive. So he went further and crawled through our very tight attic, over cathedral ceilings, to find the nest and spray it. He made sure the roof was fixed prior to leaving and was very confident the nest will die. I've used Creature Control before and will use them again!

Great company and service. Told Julien what was going on and he took care of it. The best part of this company is you can sign up for a set timeline and cancel anytime. The flexibility, price and willingness to work with our schedule was the perfect match. Thanks Julien, now my fiancee can go in our basement without seeing mice!

Dan at Creature Control is AMAZING. We had a very pesky squirrel problem, and Dan never gave up. He kept coming over, trying new things, texted me to ask what I was hearing/seeing, and then kept working to find the solution. And he did! Super professional, extremely knowledgeable, funny and so personable. Creature Control is the only company we will call in the future!

Jim from creature control came out and evicted the raccoons from my chimney. Highly grateful for his work and was very pleased by how quickly he was able to get the work done. I called a few places and they weren't able to assist since the creatures were in my chimney. But that was not an issue for Jim. He said he didn't care about no chimney.
He wanted to get the Little critters outta there if it was the last thing he did (not really but that's how I felt). Jim, you're a gentleman and a scholar. I mean this in the best possible way: I wish you nothing but success. But I never want to see you again.because that would mean I have more critters.

We had a raccoon in the attic that fell through a hole in the ceiling. Luckily, the room was closed off and not being used. I looked up many animal control services, but thought this one had the best reviews and website. Called Creature Control as soon as they opened, and Bonnie was a huge help getting someone out fast. Julien was the guy who took care of everything.
He was friendly and professional. First he got the raccoon out of the room safely. She was a pretty docile one, so I named her Edwina. Then he found her access point into the attic and did a quick patch up. I'm very skittish and jumpy, and this was a major peace of mind knowing nothing new was going to get in. I highly recommend them! Fair on price, quick to respond to emergencies, and skilled workers.

Chris from Creature Control was very professional and helpful. He explained our options clearly. After a few days the raccoon was gone and Creature Control replaced the gable vents the raccoon punched out. Chris offered to do touch up painting around the new vents at no extra charge. Overall it was a very positive experience.

I don't know if I'll call them again. Although the original service was probably an okay price for red squirrels in the attic ($180 to check, block, and set an exit trap for later pickup, plus cut a tree branch), it was the $75 trap pickup charge that got me. They came and picked up the "one-way exit trap". which is what they're supposed to do. but because there was a dead squirrel in it, they charged $75. Plus, the tech came and went without knocking on the door, so we just suddenly got an invoice out of nowhere.
The response by the owner says they "waived the initial service call fee" which puzzles me. It's true that the work was done on the second visit. But I was ready to order the work on the first visit, and the tech said he didn't have the right tools with him at that time and needed to come back. There was another visit, but the tech came an hour earlier than promised and I was not yet home. I'm not sure what I was "waived" on.
I know there is some inconvenience involved in fetching a trap with a dead squirrel in it and then tossing it in the dumpster, or whatever, but it just seems a little unnecessary. I'm going to try to find somebody who has a "one-way exit non-trap" that lets the squirrels out but doesn't let them back in again, to get rid of the animals without killing them (and without a $75 charge).

Very professional service at a reasonable price. I have used Creature Control a couple times in the past to remove bees nests from our siding. I decided to be proactive and have them perform a spring spray to prevent bees, wasps and other insects. Very impressed that it will last 90 days and if I need them to come back out within 30 days, it will be at a discounted price. Shawn was very knowledgeable. He let me know that my windows may be sprayed before applying. Overall, very pleased with their service and will most likely use them again in the future.

Timely, informative, patient with questions and effective. We had issues with Boxelder bugs and the treatment has been very effective (only three days in*). The one thing I wish they would have done better was more thoroughly vacuum up the bugs that had reached the interior of the house. I had to spend some time picking them up by hand.

Creature Control helped us evict some friends from our BATchelor pad - they were very professional, friendly, and the customer service via email and phone was excellent. They came back later to set up mouse stations and followed up afterward to see how things were going. Highly recommend giving them a call if you have any unwanted visitors!

We had yellow jackets coming into our house through the bathroom vent. although unable to make direct contact with the hive because of its location in the exhaust line (which would/will require complete removal of the line), Shawn spent hours outside- around the house, and inside the attic space; he was very thorough. Although the situation is more complicated than my summary, bottom line - they aim to please. customer service is at the top of their priority.

This review is for Creature Control in SE Michigan. For the last few years, we've noticed birds trying to nest in our dryer exhaust vent and tried several things to get rid of them. Last year it seems they didn't come at all so we thought the problem was solved. This year they came back, worse than ever before. Unfortunately, when I noticed the problem I was on my way out of town for a business trip.
I was to be gone for ten days. I contacted them after leaving town and arranged for someone to do an inspection in my absence. I arranged for someone to be at the home to meet them. Things worked incredibly well. Chris did an inspection and called to describe the problem and their proposed solution. It sounded good to me, and the price was reasonable, so I agreed over the phone.
They immediately sent me a contract by email. I clicked to accept the contract, and he immediately began the work. A couple hours later Chris called back to say that the work was done. I received an invoice by email and clicked to pay. Done! I got back home about ten days later and see that things were fully taken care of, as he described. I'm quite pleased. I'll certainly call Creature Control again if I have pest problems in the future.

Hello, I applied to Creature Control for the Wildlife Technician position. I had a phone interview with an older man who proceeded to tell me that he didn't think a woman could do this job. He said he never had a woman wildlife technician work for him before. He also told me that he didn't think a woman could carry the heavy equipment. I graduated with a Bachelors of science in Fisheries and Wildlife Management from Michigan State University.
I also have had previous wildlife trapping experience. This man did not care that I was qualified for the position, he only cared that I was a woman. I am very disappointed in this company. Creature Control should re-read Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Discrimination in the workplace is a federal offense. IT IS ILLEGAL.

Note: this review is for the CC in the SE Mich area We had CC out this spring to spray our house for the springtime insects that were hanging around, and were very happy with the service Shawn provided so didn't hesitate to call them back in August to have them remove a nest of angry yellow jackets who made a home in our front yard. Shawn dug out the nest and treated the site.
When we noticed another nest a couple of weeks later, we called again and Shawn charged us a reduced rate for the same service. One more week after that, we called them back for yet another nest we found and he scheduled a long appointment for us so he could thoroughly inspect the rest of our 2 acres for more nests. He found another we weren't aware of and treated both nests.
He also gave us tips on how to prevent these bees from using our property as a home, which we intend to implement. We've been very happy with Shawn's service and would use CC again, although I hope we don't have to!

It took a couple tries, but Creature Control caught and deported the skunk that's been wandering around our place. Chris was friendly and prompt about setting up the trap, and baiting it with spicy Cheetos; over the course of a week, we caught 2 raccoons, 2 squirrels, and finally the skunk. We had Chris deport one of the raccoons; I released the other and the two squirrels and re-baited the trap.
Overall bill was $239 ($109 for the initial visit, and $65 for each animal deported). Not free, but about what I'd expected. I enjoy that Creature Control will handle most types of animals --- several of the places I'd called said they only handled bats, or bats & mice, etc.
