We bought a new home and had never had gophers before. After trying unsuccessfully to get rid of them, we looked at reviews and called Gopher Patrol. They've been extremely effective at curtailing the gopher issue and are super responsive. About once a year, a gopher will revisit and our "patrolman" Greg and is on top of it. We appreciate good service, Greg is great and know that we can't keep them from ruining our gardens without Gopher Patrol's service. Worth the money.

I have been a customer of Gopher Patrol for 10 years. Although their service has been good most of the time, it really depends on the technician. When Ramon was our technician, it was great. Their major customer service problem is that if an emergency comes up, their service goes way down, they can't get to you for at least a week. Not very good. However, the new technician, Erol, has really made a difference. He is very professional, accommodating and well informed. He is a great asset to Gopher Patrol! If it weren't for him, I would have changed services.

Our rep Joel at Gopher Patrol has made a major difference at our property in Yucaipa, for which we work very hard on our garden. During our monthly service visit he scouts the property, talking care of anything he sees- and he looks in the garden beds, everywhere. We had one incident between visits and Joel at Gopher a patrol came right out. I like that they leave a service report (what they did) after each visit. It's great not having gophers destroy the hard work we put into our garden! Highly recommend.

We used Gopher Patrol for a number of pest related issues for several years, and from start to finish they did a great job. Timely and clear communication about scheduling and pricing - excellent and clean work while on site, and they really kept their word about treatments outside of the initial servicing if the gophers/ants/invasive squirrel came back. Maybe not the cheapest, but I had a good experience.

Within a week of our new landscaping being planted last Fall, we had 18 large gopher mounds and several dying plants! I called Gopher Patrol at the recommendation of a friend, and they have been a huge asset in keeping the gophers at bay. Our technician, Greg, is always friendly, helpful, and thorough. He checks the entire yard even when I call for a specific area, and if I notice activity in between my monthly service visits, he is usually there within a day or two. I live in a very active agricultural area. This team set up a recurring monthly service plan to control rodents, gophers and moles protecting lawns, landscaping and vegetable gardens. Technician Joe is the best. He takes every precaution to keep our big mastiff safe in the yard and respects our property and thoughly inspects the propert for any/all pest problems on every visit. Great Service! Confirmation phone call the day before they come and if I forgot to unlock the gate (which I have done) they have no problem calling me to let me know when they will be by again. I have also had to call them back for some ant problems and have been very accommodating. I 100% recommend them for monthly bug services and Gopher issues. I've used them for both.

Really nice guy came out to do an inspection. I was quoted over $1000 for one area. and he tried to sell me on ongoing service after that. I called Critter Busters and they charged $225 for the same area. I feel incredibly bad for the helpless people that agree to do it. I'm sure they do a fine job but I'm glad I get to have eight, nice $100 dinners out instead!

I'm not getting the value. After missing the first scheduled inspection, the technician came out the following day and determined that we have a mole problem. Great. $450 for two visits. Pricey but finally, I thought. Worth it if we got a solution. Then he was done in 20 minutes for a very large back yard "Two worms at the end of each run." What does the fee pay for? Hourly? Hope not (~$900/hr). Unique skills? Doubt it. Materials? Poison gummy worms (not likely very expensive). Customer naivete? Likely. My bad.

We have a good size yard and have been troubled with gopher problems for years. After many failed attempts with different pest companies, we found Gopher Patrol. Jeff does a wonderful job and manages to get rid of all of our gophers when they surface. Over the last year, we have been on a maintenance program with Jeff, and our grass looks wonderful. Jeff is friendly, he's informative and he seems to know his business very well. He always checks in with me when he arrives and leaves me a report on what he found and what he did about it. My yard was a gopher hotel, but since Jeff has been making his monthly visits, I practically never see a sign of them. Either he's eliminated them all, or they've found somewhere else to live.

4 years ago I bought my house brand new in a gated community. Gopher infested areas was seen. The seller performed 6-9 months of many method to eradicate it but was not completley successful. For 3 years I neglected and cost me almost all plants that was planted not mentioninen loan damage. Jeff Hitzfeld, in less then 3 months was able to give me report from today's site monthly regular visit that "There is no new activity" I recommend Jeff, employee of Gopher Patrol without reservation. He knows what he is doing

After fighting my Gophers for years and that I now have the only green lawn in my neighborhood, I needed help. I called Gopher Patrol. They sent a very personable fellow named Jeff who explained the whole program to me. We signed up and Jeff started the treatment. The first treatment covered 110 Gopher mounds. A week later Jeff came out and checked for Gopher activity. There was none. Jeff had converted my Plant eaters into Plant food. I HIGHLY recommend Jeff and Gopher Patrol for any kind of home Pest control.
