Jacksons Mosquito & Pest Control

Have to highly-recommend Jacksons, including my awesome technician, Todd, who recently serviced my home. I think Customer Service is a dying art, and when it's excellent, it deserves recognition. From their owner to their scheduler, they go above and beyond, and are so easy to work with. I wish every company in my life could learn from Jacksons! I really appreciate their staff, valued-pricing, excellent product, but especially, Jacksons amazing customer service.

It's a big reason I continue to stay a regular, loyal client, and always will. I haven't committed to any company the way I have with Jacksons. The high-level of service at all points of contact is unparalleled. My technician, Todd, is always professional, courteous, on-time, thorough, and takes the time to answer my questions. Even when I was the one running late, he waited and never complained.

I couldn't ask for better service. It's a small and accessible company that delivers more than any of the 'big name' companies I've dealt with before. They serve with lots of heart, and feels like family, as much as one can with a pest control provider. Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction are very important to them, and that makes a difference to this customer.

You can't go wrong with them, and you'll never regret switching to/hiring them. I'm so thankful I was introduced to their company, and whole-heartedly recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you, Jacksons!

Our first house was in Oak Cliff. When we first started swimming our pool, we noticed that we would be covered in 20+ mosquito bites just from walking around the pool. We literally couldn't even be outside. We got the Jackson's Mosquito Misting system installed and it was literally a GAME CHANGER for our house. We have always told our friends that it's the best money they could spend on their house.

It was so great that we eventually had them come out and run the line to the front yard too. Every time we opened our front door, mosquitos came flying in. The porch mister decreased it by at least 90%. Also, it's safe for our pets! We have since moved and had our yard set up with Jackson's misters in our new backyard before we even moved in. The people are so kind and easy to deal with. We are so happy we found this company and this product!

Would definitely recommend! We have had an ongoing issue with Carpenter ants that our current pest control company could not resolve after multiple treatments throughout 3 years. Today they came back and told me we had termites and quoted me $900 to treat. I called Jackson's for a second opinion and turns out we do not have termites. He did a much more thorough treatment for the carpenter ants! Saved us $900 dollars! Came out and treated on the same day I called!

I have been using Jacksons Mosquito & Pest Control for over 2 years now. They've installed a Mosquito Misting System at my former house and now my new house. I use them for regular pest control too. I highly recommend their services! I'm a grandpa of 5 grandkids, and I never have to worry about spending time outside with them! No mosquitoes, no ants.my grandkids can play inside and out without me worrying they'll get bit. Jacksons Mosquito & Pest Control takes great care of me and my family!

We just moved into a home that had an existing system and called Jackson's to get it up and running. They were very responsive, professional and the technician came out in the rain and stayed a while and had everything working perfectly when he left. They followed up as well just as the technician said they would. Very excited to use our new system and highly recommend them.

I have been a customer for almost a year and Jacksons Pest Control has been amazing. If I ever have a question or concern or Pest issue they are on it. This last weekend we had an issue with mites. I sent pictures and left a voice-mail and they were here Monday morning to treat. Justin was great and answered all my questions. It's nice to have a family owned company that knows their business. Seriously, FIVE STARS! Mike Caudill handled my job and was awesome. He even got out on my steep roof himself and verified the penetrations to our attic. I received a quick quote by email and, upon acceptance, received quick and efficient service! We are once again experiencing "Silent Nights" in our attic! Thanks to Mike and his team!

Mike and servicing team are top notch. Servicing tech is super accommodating and works with us to move pets around the house etc while he is working. He even dusted the cobwebs on our outdoor patio (no joke!). They re-treat when needed and proactively give suggestions if there is an ongoing pest issue. Would highly recommend!

We used Jackson MPC for termite treatments about a year ago, and had a great experience. More recently, we decided we needed regular pest treatments at our home- we didn't need to shop around, we knew we wanted to go with them. Mike is great, super communicative the whole way, down to showing us where our unwanted roommates might be entering the house. Services are affordable, and well worth it.
