We do not and have never had service with AllPro. We purchased a house where the previous owner used them. We have called, emailed & spoken to one of their technicians in person to tell them we do not need or want their service at least a hand full of times. Yet, they still send a technician and still mail us bills for a service we do not want!

My recent experience is a guy from all pro came over and he was leaving telling it was all checked and I had to bring him back to show 2 termites station out of the floor. He put one by making and small hole i the floor and jumping on top of it, I heard some cracks. Not good! He made little mess. There is another station that he want to install in front of my basement door, not good and I recommend him to measure again to find a better spot and he mentioned, he had other work to do and he left the station in the place and asked me to call the office! This was my worst experience with all pro!

Technician comes to perform quarterly inspection without prior notification and sometimes I am not home and tech does not perform a thorough inspection. Therefore, not sure if the report is accurate. I've used all pro for our termite treatment and bait stations for going on three years. We purchased out home new and All pro was already installed at closing. I've gladly paid our yearly cost to keep the termite service in force, but most recently have had a difficult time taking their calls to pay this years invoice. Received a call today stating they have canceled my service and are coming to my property to remove the bait stations, that they own.
I attempted to pay my amount due for the year but they denied and stated it would require they come back out and re-inspect which is a $385 cost plus $275 per year. I was originally paying $210 per year. An extremely poor experience and very disappointing that they were unwilling to extend the amount I have been paying yearly. Instead they want to charge me a large sum to revisit the property and increase my yearly bill by 35%.
They also have threatened to charge me $25 for each bait station on my property if I do not allow them to come get them. These were installed and on my property at closing 3 ears ago. Any new homeowner would assume ownership. All around shocking approach by All Pro and something that me and my family/neighbor's as a consumer will not tolerate. Do better All Pro, there are tons of options in Marietta for homeowners to choose from!

I was referred to All Pest Pro in February 2021. It was the best referral I was ever given. I use them for termite inspection/maintenance and pest control. Stacy has helped me with all of my clients properties. She is absolutely phenomenal. Not only was she patient with all my unique needs but she gave me the best prices. The peace of mind they give me is priceless. They do an amazing job and I highly recommend using their service.

Until recently, I had used this company for termite and ant treatments for a few years. I decided to have a termite barrier treatment performed and the technician that came to the house was extremely unprofessional. The treatment stopped when the technician broke the water faucet clean off the house, spewing water into the yard. This action also damaged the refill hose for our swimming pool.
I had to call a plumbing company to come out and repair the damaged faucet and pool hose. The technician refused to accept any responsibility, even though I have video of the actions leading up to the damage to our home. In March 2020, I shared pictures of the damage and associated video with the company and they said they would pay for repairs. They were responsive until they received the final bill estimate of $421.40.
They stopped responding to my requests for updates and even tried to get me to renew their service. I cannot continue to pay services to a company that refuses to hold it's employees and itself to a higher standard.

We have had a termite contract with Allpro for 6 years. We pay $315 per year for this service which covers retreatment if termites are found and repair if any damage occurs. At our last inspection in Dec termite activity was found in 2 stations. We were told that in order for All Pro to be able to treat this activity we would need to pay them an additional $400 in order to cover the cost of a new chemical they are choosing to use.
This has been a terrible experience trying to resolve this situation and get the termite activity at our home taken care of. After multiple phone calls and emails over the past 5 weeks dealing with 3 different employees, I ultimately decided to go with another company. I am out my $315 from All Pro and had to pay a large fee to the new company.

My experience with All Pro Pest Services has never been a good one. We just moved in to our new home in November and the builder finally agreed to pay for pest control because we had a bad ant problem when they were building our home and after we moved in it continued. They were scheduled to come out a few weeks ago and were an hour and a half late the first time.
No call either. This is unacceptable. Today December 26th the arrival time was from 1-5. At 5:10 no one had called or showed up. I called but unfortunately they had already closed for the day. So basically we were chained to the house all day waiting for these people and they were a no call no show. Words cannot express how upset I am about this. Unfortunately these people also service our termite stuff for the next year the builder pays for it.
The reviews I've read basically say this is a common problem. I am not looking forward to have to continue to deal with this company for the next year. Nor am I looking forward to scheduling another appointment with them and having to wait around all day. I'm definitely asking for first appointment in the morning. If I were you I would definitely not waste my time or money on this company find someone else. I definitely will be finding someone else to continue my pest control with.

This company is vary unprofessional my husband would be off work on his off days HR Irene would text my husband consistently on his off days Non-work related he would get sexual messages from this lady, her talking about they can spend time with each other on weekends I don't know how that would have been possible knowing that he have a woman she is very unprofessional and disrespectful.

All Pro Pest Services is a complete joke. There is horrible accounting practicing that force employees to pay for company supplies such as uniforms, vehicles and tablets. However what's more disturbing is the owner runs around the building barking like a bulldog as his wife cheers him on. Needless to say the inability to adapt with the times may set this company back due to lack of diversity within the company structure as well as inability to COMMUNICATE effectively with customers as well as staff. All Pro gets an A for effort but the future doesn't seem bright. Life is not fantasy football

On March 21, 2018 I contacted All Pro Pest Services to request a Termite Clearance Letter for my closing scheduled for April 6, 2018. I was told that I would be required to pay my renewal fee $192.94 (due May 2018) along with $100 for the Termite Clearance Letter. Total $292.94. The reason I was given was because my renewal is less than 90 days from today.
I told them it was absurd for me to pay for a renewal if I was selling my home and would not be living there on May 2018. I was told by the manager, Andrea that was their company policy. She said the termite clearance letter is valid for 90 days and if the homeowner found any termites during the 90-day period, they want the home to be covered by their service.
I believe if termites are found after I sell my home it should be All Pro Pest Services to provide the services for free since they are ensuring the home is termite free. Why should I be held responsible after I have sold my home. I have had All Pro Pest Services as my termite company since I purchased my home NEW in December 1997. There service has been horrible.
They refused to take responsibility for their poor service. Technicians lied about the reason for not going into my backyard to inspect the bait traps stating the gate was locked. Not once did they knock on my door requesting entrance into the backyard. I know because I work from home. Please do not waste your money on this company. You will not be happy I assure you.

All Pro has been contracted for over a year to seal a home I am currently renting. They have never successfully done this. The last time they came out, the technicians removed all the vents to the crawlspace and left them covered with only cardboard for days, which has made the problem they were hired to solve way worse in a short span of time. If you're hearing critters in your attic, call someone else. I'm pretty sure this company is causing more damage to the home than they are doing anything else. If I owned it, I'd sue.

Have had All Pro for pest control since 3 yrs. over the last 10-12 months have been have a roach problem at our home. It's a new home with very few trees etc. All Pro had not been able to prevent this infestation. Every time we call their technician does a spot treatment inside the house (must have sprayed 50 ml-100ml across the whole house). Did not do a thing. Their pest control HAS NOT WORKED AT ALL. Very Disappointed.

Terrible company. They don't fill their bait traps or termite systems like they say they do. If you get termites, they will NOT fix damage done by termites as stated in the termite bond. SO MANY people have told us how bad this company is in so many ways. Needless to say, we had no idea how horrible of a reputation they had. I'm shocked they are still in business.

I've been a customer of All Pro Pest Services since 1993 when I purchased my home. We had a few problems with termites, so when I called for additional treatments; they returned promptly. My home is on a concrete slab, so through the years cracks have occurred allowing new entrance sites for them. Since I had the Sentricon Bait System installed, I've not had any more problems.

Rep from All Pro Pest Services came to the house for servicing. He was extremely rude and belligerant to my wife. He was advised to return at another time when I was available. He refused to leave and sat in the truck in my driveway. He came back to the door 2 more times and was advised to leave, but he refused to do so. He was very aggressive and rude.
The police were finally called to remove him from the premises. Two days later the rep returned in the truck and drove up and down the street slowly past the house. I advised the manager of the situation and will not utilize the company ever again.

I've been an All Pro pest customer for 18 years. They have have serviced my termite and pest needs and have always been extremely responsive. I recently had a home inspection where there was some concern that there was some "pest in the attic."I called All Pro Services and they sent a wildlife professional, Jamie, out in 1 hour. That is world- class customer service. Jamie walked the attic, walked the perimeter of the property and got a ladder and inspected the roof.
He advised me of my options and listened intently to my concerns. I have total confidence that All-Pro Pest will go above and beyond the call of duty for their clients. High recommend them, I've never had a service issue and their customer service is awesome.

We've had All Pro pest services for the last several years and have always experienced professionalism and expertise amount the employees. Recently when I called, my child was sick and the rep on the phone took a minute to offer empathy, encouragement, patience and compassion. You don't always get that personal touch when speaking with customer service. She was very attentive to all my needs. They've serviced our property for termite control, prevention, and treatment. I would recommend them to others.

So, after paying $600 for plastic traps that took 1 hour to install, I was handed a bill 10 months later for $200 for 'inspection' of traps, where, by their own report, they only inspected 6 of 19 traps. Agree with other poster here that Bob (Brewer), lies and will tell you anything to get you to sign. Because I'm discontinuing this 'inspection' process due to the poor performance, they are now taking these traps back that I paid $600 for. 'It's in the contract' Bobby boy says. Nice. Glad to share photos of inspection report and soon to be holes in the ground where traps once were.
