We had a roach infestation in one of our compactor rooms. Target came in and did a compactor dusting and the roaches all dropped out of the chute. It was amazing to see and we no longer have a problem there.

We had a bedbug situation in one of our buildings that seemed hopeless. The apartment was totally infested. Target worked with us to develop a plan to rid the bedbugs and prevent them from spreading further throughout the building.

I live in a complex and myself and my parents had asked that our apartments be put on the list to service the inside. After waiting all day no one ever showed up i called management and had them call me turns out they are liars stating no one was home, meanwhile me and my wife and kids were home all day and so were my parents at their apartment. I have little kids and a daughter who is terrified of spiders and we have been seeing them often in our apartment and when i told target i need someone to come in by tomorrow which would be friday they said they cant help me till tuesday.

Try telling a little 3 year old girl that she is just going to have to deal with it because someone didnt want to and doesnt wNt to do their job that part of my rent pays for. Utterly disgusted at their lack of professionalism. If i could give 0 stars or even negative stars i would Dont know who was supposed to service that day but they should be fired.

Critical: Quality, Value We have had a Roach infestation in our building for about a year and a half. After multiple exterminators from target.we still have a roach problem! Target is at best subpar. Under no circumstances retain their services.

They never follow up with doing the work. They came to make an assessment, and then never got back to me. When I called again, they said they would have to call me back, and then never did.

We used Nick, extremely friendly guy. We had a roach problem and he treated it. Very nice people but after getting the aquasol treatment (most expensive one ) And them coming again we still have roaches.
