I had the pleasure of meeting Luis Valle who to took the time to explain the process and answer questions for me to completely understand as we surveyed my lawn. Luis was professional and respectful. I met Sam who was the tech who serviced my lawn. Sam took the time to explain the service he provided on my lawn which he was knowledgeable. Sam was professional and respectful with a pleasant smile. Depends on the tech they send, I've had varied experiences. Overall, they took care of solving my problems after moving to my new home and dealing with some issues typically found in houses that have been empty for a while. However, the rep they sent for that instance was a bit inappropriately friendly and forward. Then they changed to Matt who was AMAZING but he left and then they sent John who was not friendly or helpful at all.
Last week they sent a new person, Aaron and so far I could not be happier. He is truly a great gentleman. Respectful, service-oriented, helpful. Overall, the company gets the job done but the experience with them depends truly on the rep!

We used JP Miller for our lawn and ornamental shrub pest control. Their technician Robert is unsupervised and dishonest, telling his employer he is providing promised services they should bill for when he never actually provides the quality and quantity of the services to the customer. This happened on several occasions and was recorded on our security cameras each time., we had no choice but to terminate their services.

J. P. Miller & Sons, Inc. have provided fumigation services to my property for over 40 years.
