In the 25 years I've owned my house and had the full assortment of pests I have to say that Green has provided the best service, every time. The staff is knowledgeable, punctual, polite--and just highly competent. They work fast but they don't miss anything, and their costs also are very competitive.

I have been very satisfied with Green Termite's work at my house and my daughter's house, so I recommended Green to our church. Our church had not been inspected for termites in decades, if ever. James at Green Termite found termite damage in a number of our buildings. He also proposed some preventative environmentally-safe treatments (Boracare) for our historic wood-frame church.

He gave us a bid that was better than the three other competing companies. James treated the buildings for infestations and also did the preventative work. When he was done, he walked the grounds with us, explaining the work that we should do to repair termite damage and prevent future infestations. We did the recommended work over the last few months. James re-inspected last week and found that termites had not returned to any buildings that he had previously inspected. We are very pleased with the effectiveness of his work and the smooth and cost-effective way that everything was handled.

Great customer service. I spoke to the manager because I was stressed out that I found droppings. They warrantied my entire home. Thank god for their kindness and honesty.

Juan was absolutely wonderful. Excellent communication and very professional. He came out for the initial treatment. The treatment worked perfectly. We didn't have any more spider and ant friends coming in the house. I asked if he could come back about a week later to treat the pool area because the ants were out of control. He came out the next day and didn't charge me extra.

Nick Miller is absolutely amazing. Very fast service, he came out on the same day. He is technically a termite specialist, but handled the issue of a dead rat stuck in my bathroom vent quickly and professionally. He even helped to clean the gross mess left behind. My experience was excellent, and I highly recommend Nick!

The technicians were thorough and courteous in the monthly treatment. When rescheduling was necessary - it was no problem. Main reason the 4 star rating was the billing department- as there was a was an issue that was eventually corrected. Be sure to read your contract and keep a copy.

Jay has been terrific taking care of all of our pest issues and we've certainly had a variety being that we back up to a park. Super responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. Dominic is a true professional. We had s serious Argentinian ant situation and Dominic got to the source of it right away. Three weeks later, ants are gone. He has the best prices and even comes back to check on the progress.

I have been using their service for several years to spray around the house to prevent ants from entering. Their non-toxic product works very well and we could not be more happy with the service and result. They also go the extra mile: after spraying around the house, the ants found a way to enter the house a week later using the share ropes that are attached to our house. Their inspector came back and sprayed the shades and we are now ants free again.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Kyu came out to inspect an ant problem I was having and was able to pinpoint the issue within 5 minutes of inspecting the house. He offered to spray, but was honest with me and said it would be a waste of money and only temporarily fix the problem, to which he gave me a long term solution alternative. He could have easily just sprayed and taken my money!

He offered to come back and spray after I had addressed the issue of where the ants were getting in. Also they use organic, non-toxic sprays so it won't be toxic to you when they spray your house. Can't recommend them enough! Honest and great business.

On time and fair pricing. The inspector was courteous and thorough and I liked the fact that they are a local business catering to my local community. Very happy with the service and result.

We have used them for years. This last time we really wound up needing to do a fair amount of work. James and his team were FANTASTIC. Honest, kind, hard working, and very honorable. They were just a pleasure. We did not want to tent so we went with putting less toxic borate into the walls which should work forever, at least where we put it. The guys did a great job, so thorough. We will continue to use them for years to come.

Green Termite treated our termites by injecting beams instead of tenting. They used non toxic spray to treat ants and other insects inside and outside. We still hear some crickets but ants are gone. James did inspection and treatment, very thorough and professional. They were here most of morning treating. When he did inspection he pointed out vulnerable areas where termites could enter and advised us how to fix them.

Great customer service! I used the website to get a quote on Sunday and someone called me promptly Monday morning. I told them my schedule for the free inspection would be difficult because of my job and they were amazing regardless. They sent Kyu to my condo at 8am the next day and he was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I must not have done my research because he drove a long way just for a free consultation and let me know that a local company might be cheaper for me.

Green Termite & Pest Control went out of their way to accommodate me and although I did not end up going with their services, they were very prompt and understanding of my schedule and situation. For anyone in the LA city limits, I will recommend these lovely people!

My inspector's name was James and he seemed nice enough, but I got the impression that this company tries to use the "green" thing to rip people off. He quoted me $1000 to treat areas which he didn't actually get close enough to see if there were droppings. He wanted to treat areas in the crawlspace under my home without actually going and fully inspecting under my home and the same with the attic.

He shined a flashlight and said "Yep there's termite droppings up there" without actually going into my attic. My impression is that this company is doing well because the green thing is taking off (which I am happy about) and so they are skyrocketing their prices. I called him on the phone to get more information and he said that there were "probably" termites there. That's the whole point of me getting an inspection to see if there were or were not termite droppings. Also, borate is CHEAP so the cost should just be based mainly on labor, I can't imagine it taking more than an hour to hit the spots he mentioned. I'm not interested in being ripped off today.

I had a good experience with this company. They use safe formulas for pest control. They came out twice free of charge just to respray. But the last few time I called they had nearly doubled their price and were rude over the phone. Bummer.

This is the worst termite company ever! The sellers used them on a home we bought in La Canada. They missed major dry rot and termite damage. The repairs have cost us over $8,000 so far! I am taking them to small claims. If you're buying a home and this is the termite company on the sale DO NOT USE THEM!

I called and got a quote for 2 bedroom apt for non-toxic extermination services. The customer service rep said $120, so I scheduled an appt. for them to come out. When the person got here, he said it was $240 for natural, non-toxic spray and $180 for "chemical." I told him we were going with someone else. This review is not for the actual exterminating and if it is effective; it is more for the lack of transparency/scammy nature of my experience.

I called for advice regarding a large Orbweaver spider. The gentleman talked through my options with patience and providing good information. Considering the spider is not poisonous and it was a sole sighting, he suggested removing webs but no need for a spraying unless more present themselves. Thanks!

We thought we had a bug issue so called Green. I am pregnant and we wanted an affordable but effective solution that would also be safe during this sensitive time. Scott was our inspector and right from the start I was impressed with his professionalism- he was on time and he took his shoes off at my front door, which no workman ever offers to do.

He thoroughly inspected our areas of concern and reassured me that there was no need for treatment. Even though we only had the free inspection, Green's fast communication and Scott's professionalism will ensure that I will definitely use them in the future!

Tony, the inspector, came to my home within a day of my phone call, they worked around my schedule! He was on time, and very professional. He was very thorough while looking for the problem of my increased fly infestation. He gave me suggestions on dealing with my issue, as he could not find a source. He did not try to hard sell me anything or pump up his costs. As a matter of fact, the inspection was free. I do have a termite issue, and will be using GREEN TERMITE for that for sure! I wish there were more companies like this!

This company is very misleading. I called for information and was quoted $175 to spray inside and outside and maybe a little more depending on the ant infestation. But when the inspector came to do the job he told me that the job would cost $280. This company did not stand behind what was told to me. I would not recommend them.
