After hearing from you, we begin our inspection by focusing on your home's high risk areas. These are the areas that pests are most likely to enter or harbour in you home. It's during this process, we uncover the underlying reasons for your current or probable pest issues.

In addition, we consider your family and pet's safety before creating a customized solution. Once your customized solution has been created, we'll conduct your first treatment and any necessary follow-up visits at a time that is convenient for you. Thereafter, we'll return every three months to provide additional treatments that target all existing issues and prevent potential problems from occurring. If service is needed before your quarterly service is due, just let us know and we'll be back to resolve your issues at no extra cost.
