The way I was greeted by the office staff was exceptional. They were very friendly, helpful, and informative. I spoke with the service manager and he explained in great detail the services they provided and the costs. I scheduled a service for the following week and could not have been more satisfied. The serviceman showed up on time and even had shoe covers on his shoes!
The service provided was fantastic. Whatever was used had no odor and I felt very comfortable with the serviceman in my home. A family business I will refer to all my family and friends.

Brad was amazing! This place knows that they are doing. They are so knowledgeable. They gave me a peace of mind and they resolved any issue I had and did an entire inspection of my house to make sure there were no other problems. I am so impressed. The office staff is very courteous and the tech. I have always had is very professional and accommodating. He even got rid of a bee-hive in my tree at no extra charge. (Which saved me a few hundred dollars.) Also they call and remind you to set up your quarterly appointments and if you have any concerns betwen your scheduled treatments they'll come check out the problem free of charge. (That is of course if the problem is something that's included in your contract.) I highly recommend them!

Obviously this person who wrote this last review (over 2 years ago) has an ulterior motive and possibly may even be a competitor of theirs. Not one of the statements he or she have written are truthful. Its actually comical to read the lies as their service to Baytown and the Greater Baytown areas for the past 33 years speaks for itself. By far the best, most honest and professional pest control company in the area. Keep up the great work Metro!
