Clarence was awesome, and my whole experience with Integrity Pest Elimination has been great! I called them on a Monday, didn't leave a voice mail (hate leaving them!) Got a call back within minutes, he set me right up with Pam who scheduled a free inspection and on Wednesday Clarence was right on time, listened to me attentively, checked some things out and gave me a couple of (rat) traps for free! Gave me some tips about switching them around and made sure I knew what to expect. I'm very pleased with this company and will be sure to give them a call if and when I need pest elimination again.

Awesome costumer service! We had a very bad roach infection when we first bought the house and Clarence came out and did the job god rid of all of the infestation when I thought it was not possible and he has maintained it so they won't come back and have not seen one cockroach since or have any bug problems. He comes out every 3 months and we are very happy with the service!

Pam helped me over the phone and managed to get me an appointment the next day to have my home sprayed for spiders and other bugs mainly in the backyard for the safety of my 18 month old and my German shepherd. Cody came out to help me and was so nice and knowledgeable! He made me feel comfortable and gave me a ton of helpful info. I have a 90 day guarantee if anything makes it back and lives. Hopefully I won't have to call back but next year I will be having them come out again but earlier this time!

We had a problem. A small problem and a BIG problem. Somehow my cat, who is 100% indoors, brought fleas into the house. Maybe it was from the groomer. Or the vet. Or maybe they simply came in through the window screen and proceeded to lay hundreds of eggs. However it happened, we were miserable. Everyone was getting bitten, day and night. Chasing them with a spray bottle was exhausting and ineffective.
I found Integrity Pest Elimination online and I'm grateful I did. Clarence and Pam were wonderful! I was able to make an appointment on short notice. Clarence and his son, Justin, showed up on time, were very friendly and professional, and they did their job well. I can't say enough good things about these lovely people and the quality of their customer service. Clarence even called me this afternoon to follow up and see how we're doing.
The house is now MUCH more comfortable: no fleas and no bites. Thank you Clarence, Pam, and Justin! You brought competence, friendliness, and professionalism to our situation and you delivered great results!

I originally chose to use Integrity pest control because they offered the best guarantee against ants for the cheapest price. Over the years I return because Clarence has a company of Integrity. Recently he came to fix a rat problem and again I researched the best company and ended up with his. He did not take advantage and oversell or charge additional fees.
In addition he didn't skimp on the tiny boxes, but used commercial grade materials. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism, and will continue to trust his knowledge, experience, and trustworthy business. Thank you Clarence.

I have used Clarence or his employees (awesome to see a great company growing) on at least 6 separate occasions during the last couple of years. He is always on time, thorough and personable.
