Very impressed -- Dave went above and beyond duty to catch those rats! It took awhile, but the rats entrance was discovered. That particular entrance was hard to find (actually an opening grate to the crawl space located under the back porch). Highly recommended to catch really smart rodents.

I have been very pleased with The Bug Man. The owner did a very thorough examination of my crawl space before we came up with a plan of action. All around great experience! Jill answered my multiple calls with a smile on her face and diligently dealt with my home warranty in order for my appointment to happen sooner than later. Dave came out and did a very thorough job, stopping to answer every question, advise on multiple issues, and effectively deal with the mice problem at hand.
