This is our second time that we have called Tom (first due to a nasty yellow jacket hive). It is that time of year for ants, and Tom was able to take care of our issue promptly. There aren't enough good things to say about Tom Orr - He came to my house yesterday to conduct a termite evaluation and was extremely thorough. More importantly, after the inspection he advised that no termite mitigation should take place on my property. He didn't charge for the evaluation. I can guarantee that had this been any of the big chain companies they would have been recommending sprays, bait stations, the works, all to make a buck. So while Tom has a well deserved reputation for what he does, what I value most about him is his honesty - something in short supply these days. I recommend him highly.

My husband and I hired Tom to inspect our house prior to purchase, and have been his customers since then. He is very knowledgeable, punctual, responsive, and courteous. We have had mice appear in our utility room, garage, and inside the house at different times, which Tom promptly took care of by finding the holes and plugging them up for us. He also came by every couple of weeks to check on the initial problem until he was sure that any issues were solved completely.

I would highly recommend calling Orr Pest Control because Tom is the best! We like being on his annual service plan because it gives us complete peace of mind all year round.

I cannot say enough great things about Tom Orr! We had Terminix come out and they told us we had termites. The guy used all his best scare tactics to have us believe our house was in grave danger and we had to act fast. He told us we had termites. I showed the "termites" to him and he told me they were indeed termites. 2 days later we had an appointment for Tom Orr to come look at our house.

I showed him the "termites". They were ants. He told me there was no sign of termites anywhere in or around our home. He was very thorough. I was shocked! He worked at Terminix for 12 years and told me the person who came to my house was a salesman. Selling is his job. Now I know why the Terminix guy called me back the next day to see what our decision was. Thank God for Tom Orr! He saved us $1500!
