While living in the Quad Cities, we had a quarterly contract with this company for 3 years and they were always very friendly, on time, and did the job right. If we ever happened to need an extra spray in between quarterly visits, they would come out and take care of it.

Most of all, I wanted a service rep who had the experience to really identify my problem and answer my questions. John could immediately identify and explain what had been gnawing on my garden house. I noticed a few carpenter ants here & there throughout our 5 bdrm home as well as a couple small wasps nexts outside. I called 2 other companies in the Quad Cities & their prices were OUTRAGEOUS! I contacted Thymet & they came out the next day. Prices were very reasonable & haven't seen a single ant in my home since. The wasps are gone & haven't come back to those nests. I will definitely be calling them again if anymore problems in the future!
