Advanced Pest Control was the only company of all the ones I called that actually found the problem-the others just came in to try to sway me with a low bid or price. Since the others weren't thorough with the initial inspection, I was sure they wouldn't be thorough with the service. To me, quality service is always more valuable than a low-ball price.

John did a fantastic job servicing my home. He was thorough and went above and beyond in protecting our home. He caulked a couple places outside our home that had small openings near line connections that entered the outside of the house. He was very kind and I would recommend him and this company to anyone looking for quality service at a fair price.

The service was excellent. I got in much quicker than expected and they worked with us on the house clutter very well. The spray has worked very well. Seen very few bugs after just one spray. Hoping the follow up spray kills them completely

I have used Advanced Pest Control since moving to Arkansas 9 years ago. They perform annual termite inspection and treatment and quarterly pest deterrent treatments outside and inside the home. The technicians who have serviced my needs have always been understanding and respectful of my home and pets. The staff at Advanced Pest Control office has always been friendly and helpful when I had a need to talk to someone. I have had very good service from the entire organization and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Paid 850.00 for bed bug treatments last November with a guarantee they would come back and continue treatments until the issue was resolved. When I started they claimed it would not take more than 3 additional treatments. 7 treatments later I still have bed bugs and they refuse to continue trying. Absolute garbage company. EDIT: After speaking with them a bit they determined they would come back and try again. The owner himself came and did a tremendous, thorough job. Very grateful for this change of heart. Thank you.

When we moved to town last year, this is the company the prior homeowners had utilized so we continued the service. We are so thrilled we did. They are excellent and we are very pleased!

We hired them for general pest control because we started seeing the creepy crawlies in our house. After their first treatment, we have seen absolutely nothing. Their techs are responsive, punctual, professional, AND knowledgeable. Their customer service is second to none for the same reasons and their annual contract is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

They damaged the custom porcelain tiles I had installed over my concrete front porch by drilling between the tiles for holes to inject the termite treatment, badly chipping the expensive tiles, then filling the holes with a gummy plug substance. The cosmetic entrance was to my home in a gated, private community, an upscale neighborhood. If I lived in a single-wide trailer in the country it might not be such a problem. However, we, and our neighbors, take great pride in the condition and appearance of our homes!

The problem could have been simply avoided by using a slightly thinner drill bit to go between the tiles into the grout. When I complained, I was told it couldn't be avoided, and that I should "put a rug over the damaged areas!" No offer was made to replace, or reimburse me for replacing the damaged tiles. Replacing the damaged tiles would have cost me several hundred dollars in cost for materials and craftsman hours, as these expensive tiles would have to be custom cut, and properly installed for full exposure outdoor conditions replacement.

They also did not restore the drill sites around the house when they injected the termite poison. I had to fill several of the hole drill sites, and replace the rock ground cover to restore the site's original condition and cosmetic appearance. Finally they had a man come out and paint over chipped areas on the damaged tiles. They did not offer a discount, refund, to replace or financially reimburse me for the expensive damaged tiles.

For perspective, the damaged areas were roughly one inch in diameter. A total of 13 tiles were damaged. Their inattention to avoiding damage, failure to clean up the hole drilling sites, and unbelievable indifferent response to my complaint regarding the permanent, expensive tile damage at my front door, does not permit me to recommend this company.
