Advance Pest Control, inc was started on March 1st 1981 by the current owners Bob and Betty McCrackin. Bob had worked for some of the major pest companies for 20 years before he decided that he could better serve his loyal customers if he owned his own company. They had worked out of their home for 6 years, until they moved into the Steele Business Center in Springdale in 1987. This was around the time their daughter Cristi started working there and ran the office. Reed, Their son, who had been working there all through school, started full time in 1992.
Trent, their grandson who also worked there through his high school and college days, started full time in 2007, and his wife Naomi also works in the office. As you can tell Advance is a very family oriented business and we strive to make our customers feel like family as well. Advance has continued to grow through the years, and we owe it all too our dedicated employees and our loyal customers.

They are a scam! Did not schedule an appointment, they sent someone out who literally looked at the front of my house and left a $160 bill, then after letting them know we would not be paying that, they offered to reschedule and we declined but then got an email that they sent someone else out and they sent us ANOTHER bill. Not a good look.

We started using Advance after moving to Arkansas. We used them for 4 months. I never saw an improvement on the amount of spiders we had inside our house and it was expensive for what they came out to do. I called to cancel and they told me I didn't pay for the first month so I paid and then canceled our service. A month passed by and the receptionist called to schedule our service.
I told her I just spoke with her a few weeks earlier to cancel our service. She asked for all our information again which I provided and she canceled our service. Fast forward to 6 months later and I saw a charge for $141 on our account. They have not been out to our property for 6 months, I have canceled twice, and I'm getting charged still.

Find someone else! Paid $145 for my house to be sprayed for spiders and roaches. A month later I have more than before. Called them back to see if they have any kind of follow up and they told me "no" it would be another $150 for them to come back out AND that they had only sprayed for spiders that roaches are a different spray. Every bug is a different spray and cost $150. When the guy was here he told me they did a follow up for like $40. Will never use them again. I do not recommend unless you want to spend $150 a month for nothing

My husband and I did not agree to renewing an inspection after buying our house. We never signed a piece of paper or talked on the phone agreeing for them to come in for an inspection. After walking out of the shower, I found an employee starting an inspection in my backyard. Not only is it frightening to find someone unexpected in your backyard, but it's also unprofessional.

Although my husband and I live in San Francisco, we have owned a cabin in Eureka Springs AR for 14 yrs. We have used Advanced Pest Control for most of that time and are extremely happy with their service. A technician comes every 3 months. Costs are reasonable and have stayed almost the same in 14 yrs. We are not always at the cabin, but this year, they arranged a spray time so our dog would be protected. Customer service is very friendly too.

I purchased a new home and they are the ones that came with the contract. I recently renewed the contract and the lady i spoke with on the phone was very nice and willing to help me in anyway she could. The young gentleman that came out was very curious and nice. He did a very through job and answered all my questions. Very please with Advanced pest.

After experiencing horrible service from a nation-wide pest control company I decided to go local. I couldn't be happier. I have to admit I chose Advance Pest Control out of the phone book because they were a family owned and a local company. That was over 5 years ago. They are comparable in prices, always on time and some of the nicest folks to have in your home. I highly recommend them.
