This company is the absolute best when it comes to pest control companies. I am so pleased every single time I deal with your company. Whenever I call, I am treated like the most important customer there is. Whenever a service technician comes to my home they are so nice and polite. I have asked several questions of the people who work in the office and the technicians. They always know the answers and know what to do for my particular problems.

I have been a customer of Preventive since around 2015 and will not use anyone else. They use products that are safe for pets and children, their staff and customer service are outstanding. The office staff are friendly and helpful and the techs are courteous and knowledgeable. They don't try to nickel and dime their customers, and instead focus on customer care. And they do a great job. I had several scorpions when I moved in to my home and now I have none. I also appreciate the reminder texts.

Preventive Pest Control is great! They have regularly serviced my houses for an affordable price for the last 6 years. They have serviced my parents house for twice that time! Last year I had a scorpion find its way into my kitchen and Preventive was there the next day to take some extra measures so that wouldn't happen again. And it's worked!

Very poor service! Met the owner at the Phoenix Home Show, seemed really nice. We signed up for service along with our 2 daughters. The owner made all sorts of guarantees of spectacular service. The first treatment the rep showed up late and then wasn't going to perform the treatment as the owner had described and promised, so we sent him away.
They called apologized and rescheduled. After the rescheduled treatment we were still seeing bugs? The next scheduled treatment the rep never showed in the window provided? So the service never happened. We gave this guy 3 customers, yet he didn't value us as clients? We missed 3 days of work and only got 1 treatment. That's very expensive if you ask me? Worst extermination company ever! Do not use Preventive, get a more reliable extermination team.
