The employees of this company drilled holes in my yard without my permission when servicing the house next door. No knock on my door to ask permission, just proceeded to ruin my grass. Also, parked long ways across my drive not once but at least 3 times all while the house they were servicing had an empty driveway. Seem to have no common sense at all. Used my yard as their personal walkway. No respect for others property at all.

Courteous and knowledgeable, but definitely NOT fast. They always say "our technician will call you within a few days" yet it always takes at least a week, 2 to 3 weeks in the late spring and summer. Hardly the fast service you would expect or desire if you had a pest problem. After multiple phone calls and asking for explanation of the slow service, we were told that different technicians service different areas, and apparantly our area (south-west Roswell) is "one of the busiest." Perhaps in a different location, results may vary?
I still gave 3 stars in the interest of fairness, because I've had many other people tell me that they use Bob Reed on a regular basis and have not had issues getting them to come out like we have had. Maybe they just live in a different part of town? Up to you.

Amazing staff, extremely knowledgeable in what they do. They answer all your questions. I had them come spray for bugs and also inspect to see if I had termites, and they really know their stuff. Extremely helpful and affordable. Bob Reeds is definitely the way to go for ANY of your pest control needs. Two thumbs up!

I used Bob Reed for several years. I lived in an quadrulex apartment on the south side of town close to Poe street across from a large field. The apartments were very clean and comfortable (including the neighbors) with very few bugs except for one nasty nasty critter. We had sun spiders (wind scorpions, solifugae, camel spiders). They were very aggressive and mean: their color blended in with the carpet, and they were prolific. Bob Reed successfully managed my sun spider problem, making my cute little apartment safe for my kids. Well worth the money for the peace of mind!
