MTECH Exterminator

I had a bed bug problem. Read about different methods to rid them. Decided to go with the heat treatment. Seems like it worked. M Tech arrived on time and got right to work. Hope I don't need them again, but, if I have another pest problem I know who I'm going to call. M tech.

I work in the HOA Business and work with a lot of pest control companies. None are like Mtech. Customer service is amazing and every time I call in, I get the opportunity to talk to Dyna & Esmeralda. They are the best customer reps in the Exterminator game. Always responsive to all emails that I send. Set appointments with residents in a timely fashion. Honestly if you looking for a GREAT exterminator company, contact Dyna at Mtech Exterminator. I approve this message!

Thank the almighty for Mtech Exterminator Co I have had the worst roach problem lately and they took care of it with no problems at all. The professionalism that was presented is unmatched by any company and I have had 5 other companies come out that couldn't get the problem resolved. After they sprayed I came home to dead roaches and no weird spray residue that other companies leave. I would recommend this company to my grandmother if she needed it. Thank you Mtech my children can now play at home roach free.

MTech used to service my old condo, so when I saw termites in my house in August 2018, I called them. The tech did an inspection, explained that the "mudding" I saw was subterranean termites, and scheduled treatment for these and other termites. He also told me that two boards in the wood portico over the patio had rot, and I paid to have MTech replace both boards (a big one for $195, a smaller one for $95).

A few months later, I discovered that MTech replaced only the bigger board, and the smaller one was still in place. Rather than make a big deal over the $95, I hired a handyman to replace it. Last week, I found "mudding" in the exact place in my great room that prompted my initial call to MTech. I spoke to Victor, the manager, and told him it needed to be treated again.

He asked me if I wanted an inspection, and I said no, just treat it. The earliest he could schedule the tech was in a week (today, Monday). This morning, I got a call from the tech telling me he would arrive in 30 minutes for an inspection only, not a treatment. I was upset but told the tech it was not his fault and that I was not upset with him, but with Victor.

I told him he could come and inspect, but that I was really upset that the termites would not immediately be treated. He told me he would call Victor. After a couple of minutes, I called Victor myself. Victor said they wouldn't treat without the inspection (he didn't tell me that last week) and I told him I had already told the tech to come ahead and inspect. Victor then said it was too late, the tech was on his way to Santa Monica.

I had to reschedule the inspection for Wednesday, and then will have to wait to schedule the treatment. I am putting up with this because it is a warranty service, but once the warranty expires, I will not be utilizing or recommending MTech again. So, an update. The appointment was made for Wednesday because I wasn't going to be available this morning (Tuesday).

And yet, at about 9:45 a.m., Kevin and another tech knocked on my door. I was still home and let them in. Kevin was terrific and (despite Victor telling me he would only inspect) treated the infected area from inside the house, and his partner treated underneath the house. Two thumbs up and five stars for Kevin and his partner. I gave MTech one added star because of the great service today, but overall it does not change my opinion of the company.

We noticed one of the mouse baits smelled really bad and as soon as we requested service, Chris Vasquez came the very next day. He did not only come in and take the dead rat but cleaned and washed the bait with clorox and placed the bait where it is supposed to go. He noticed couple of spide webs around the house and cleaned them even though this was not part of the service. He went above and beyond and his customer service was amazing. Thanks Chris

Mtech Exterminator Company is the worst company as far as l am concern. This so called exterminator company came to our Apartment three weeks ago to fumigate because of Roaches. We came home, not one single roach was dead. All the roaches were alive and moving strongly to our bathrooms, living room, kitchen, under the sofa, climbing dinning table and inside our Fridge.

I told our on site Manager that the Company use water instead of chemical to fumigate. Just last week they came back again to fumigate. Still not one dead roach was found we actually have more roaches than we had before the fumigation. That Mtech should close down because they are not using the right chemical that kills roaches. I told my Manager that I will not accept for them to come back the third time in one month to fumigate my apartment.

We have to use another company. Please Do not waste your money with Mtech. Get a good company that will actually get the job done the first time. I am so disappointed with Mtech! They should refund back the money paid to them. My goal is to make sure our Complex Owner will fire them and use a better company.

They give a wrong date. I moved everything for nothing didnt come.. Saying they were sorry but they were going to come one week later... that sucks

first time they didnt come the date they suppose to come but came next day..

M tech was very good to us. Their prices were half of what anyone else quoted. They didn't try to up-sell me. I signed up for monthly maintenance service and when my technician changed, he made a point to ring my doorbell and introduce himself so I wouldn't think a stranger was wandering around my house.

Mtech saved me thousands of dollars. They came to my house to take care of termites that I had in my house. I thought I had to tent the house, but Mtech was able to pinpoint the nest and treat it. It has been months since they came out and I have not had any more problems with termites. If you need an exterminator I would consider calling Mtech, they provide the best of service like other big agencies but not the cost.

These are nice people. But I've never experienced worse follow through or blatant unorganization. I don't know if they are low staff or poorly trained but it's a joke. They don't always quote you correctly, they don't call back when they say they will, nothing is in writing, and 13 weeks after first talking to them, I am STILL trying to finalize my issue.

If you have patience and aren't working a job yourself, then it may be worth the time, but I need a vendor who is on top of things and gets it done quickly and these guys were not the best answer. As for the bed bug issue, they outsourced to another company who got the job done by the second go around. The job was almost $1000 cheaper than the competition.

When I first hired them, they said they'd do the job until it was fixed. Then after the first treatment didn't work, I was told they only do it 2 times before it's my problem. Unbelievable.

Great experience with this company. I would highly recommend them! Andy came out and was very knowledgable about our roach problem. After having our place sprayed twice by another company we decided to give this company a try and everything was great! Our roach problem is finally being dealt with properly. Andy sprayed areas that the other companies did not spray and took the time to talk with us and did a perfect, detailed job!

I've used a variety of exterminator companies and this is the best company I have used. They have great communication, contact you when they may be running late and overall nice employees. They don't treat you like you are stupid and listen to your concerns.

Unorganized. Late. Poorly trained office staff (whoever answers their phones). If you want a company who will be hours late, won't call to let you know they are running late, misinformed office staff who doesn't have a clue on using common sense with the public, then this co. is for you. All they are going to give you are excuses, excuses, and more excuses.
