Mike is amazing! Not only he is knowledgable about the pests that plagued my town, but he is courteous, on-time, and professional. He quoted the service and that is exactly what I paid. I was pleasantly surprised when he went the extra mile to remove the cobwebs on my windows around the house. We had a very surprising infestation with pests over the past 2 weeks and Mike knew just what to do. He came the same day I made contact. Great service and I am feeling so relieved to not have to tiptoe around the house at nighttime. Very pleased.

We're about to have our house re-roofed, so having a termite inspection done prior was important to us. We noticed some termite activity in our eaves, so it was important we have an inspection done to determine treatment as well as identify any wood that would need to be replaced by our roofer.
ProCraft was the second company we had contacted for an inspection. The first company provided a very affordable quote as it was determined only a local treatment was necessary (yay!) To be safe, we contacted ProCraft to provide their own inspection, provide a 2nd opinion and recommend service.
Mike at ProCraft was so much more thorough than the inspector from the first company. He spent more time inspecting our attic than the first guy had spent on our attic and exterior combined, and took as much time and care inspecting the exterior of our home as well. He located more areas of activity, provided photos and a detailed graph clearly noting what he had found. One area in our attic that the 1st company had noted as evidence of termites was actually cricket poop (we had a cricket issue one summer about 5 years ago, so this made sense.) He showed me the areas on the outside of our house that needed to be addressed, even pointing out tiny holes in some exterior rafter tails which were evidence of termite activity. Mike knows his business and has a keen eye.
After the thorough inspection provided, we chose to hire ProCraft - easy choice. Both quotes provided (local treatment & tenting) were reasonable (we chose local.) Our experience was great. All communication was exceptional, and Mike was fantastic to work with - great attitude, funny and personable. We'd hire ProCraft again in a heartbeat.

I am very grateful for a neighbor who referred me to Robert at ProCraft Pest Control. We have ant issues in our neighborhood and despite my trying everything I could to get rid of them, there were not going away. I called and spoke to Robert to explain what we were experiencing and asked if he could help. He was very knowledgeable in explaining to me what he thought based on my descriptions and that he could solve our problem. He also provide a breakdown of services and costs, which were less than another pest company I had called. Within a couple of days, Robert was at my home doing an inspection. Again, he explained everything to me in detail and began his work. I am looking forward to his continued service to our home to keep us pest free!

I purchased my home 6 years ago & used to suffer through an ant infestation in my kitchen & bathroom EVERY summer. I really don't know how/why I put up with it for so long. Anyway, ProCraft has been servicing my home every other month for a few years now & ant infestations have been a thing of the past ever since. I don't ever have to think about it. They simply send me a text the day prior to let me know when they'll be by so that I can make sure gates are unlocked & they're in & out before I know it! Their service is an absolute necessity, & I won't ever go back to my old, naive ways.

I've been a customer of ProCraft Pest Control for around 4 years now, so this review is long overdue. I've been really impressed with their customer service and quality of service in general. Moreover, they only need to come out on a quarterly basis and always contact me a day in advance to remind me of their scheduled service. Most recently, I had a random infestation of red ants in my backyard and called after 5pm to find that Luke was available and happy to come out on short notice (~15 minutes) to perform a spot treatment to resolve the issue quickly. I can't think of any other services I have that respond so quickly anymore without a lot of effort on my end. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a more personalized and professional touch to their regular pest control needs.

This review is specifically for customer service as I did not hire this company but they were extremely helpful and their service deserves 5 stars. ProCraft responded quickly to my quote request via Yelp re: a house flu infestation that developed over a 24 hour period. I was convinced it was due to a dead rodent in our crawl space as we had caught a few rats recently. I communicated with Luke over messaging and he was very helpful in trouble shooting the problem. I was desperate to hire someone to inspect the crawl space and he suggested pouring an enzyme cleaner down all the drains before hiring anyone as he did not think it was a rodent. He was totally right! The cleaner resolved the issue. I ended up inspecting the attic and crawl space myself and confirmed no dead rodents. He saved me a lot of money and I appreciated that he was honest and didn't try to take advantage of my desperation over the situation. I will definitely keep this company in mind for the future given this positive experience.

I had a low key ant invasion in my house. Procraft came out same day (!!) and put bait inside and treated the entire yard outside. They were running a little late and called to let me know. The guy who came out seemed to be very knowledgeable and identified two different types of ants in our home. Since procraft came out we haven't hadn't any further issues. We signed up for their 4 times a year service. We'd been trying unsuccessfully to treat the ants ourselves. I don't know what they used but literally within 24 hours 95% of the ants were gone. I saw a few stragglers the following day then NONE since. I'm so impressed! I will say, the bait drew the ants out like CRAZY and they were swarming the traps and it was really gross. But the bait did the job!
