We tried other companies before but they just didn't seem to care. It seemed as if we had a new service person every time they came out. Complete Pest Prevention has been providing service to our home for the past 4 years. I appreciate the care they take to make sure we have a safe environment. As a mom of 2 small children and a number of pets, I know I can trust Jim and his crew to provide safe effective solutions without the risk.

CPP always contacts us ahead of their visit, they always show up when they say they will. Anytime we've noticed areas of wasp or yellow jacket activity, they have expeditiously taken care of it. Highly recommended. Services: Bee extermination, Ant extermination, Spider extermination, Hornet & wasp extermination

So far so good after a couple of weeks. Spring spiders were starting to emerge so had them come spray. No spiders so far. They told me application would last about eight weeks. We got rain the night that they sprayed so not sure what effect that will have. They were super responsive getting back to me and came out within a day. No complaints from me.

Seth came to the house even earlier than I expected and took the time to explain what he was going to do control the ants that had invaded as well as what I needed to do over the next few weeks in case there were any additional issues. I did chose to sign up for the quarterly service (because the quarterly service with another company I'd been receiving did not prevent the ant infestation) and look forward to positive results. It's been over two weeks since the treatment and we have not seen any more ants sneak in.

I called on Friday and they were going to come out on Monday. Due to weather we had to reschedule for Wednesday. Seth kept me up to date on when he was going to be able to treat my house. I came home from work and all the wasp nests were gone! It was great! I totally recommend Complete Pest Prevention!

Fast service and very thorough, I called about wasps attacking our kids and we had an exterminator show up the next morning! Brandon took the time to listen to what I needed done around the house, he also went beyond my expectations and pulled nests down( filled half a bucket!) Great service and very affordable!

We've been using Complete Pest Prevention for the past 3 years now and I won't use anyone else. I absolutely detest spiders and I have had zero run-ins with the creepy things since we've been using their service. They are quick and reliable and my favorite part about this business is that you get to talk to a real person when you call, not that automated nonsense. You won't be disappointed in their customer service either.

Great experience with this company. Robert was very knowledgeable and thorough. He came out guickly and inspected my residence and came up with a plan specific for my needs. He even showed my young daughter how the mouse traps work so she would know to not touch them. Will be using them again for sure.

These guys are great. We moved in 2 years ago and we started using them. There hasn't been any issues. They come by quarterly and spray and it's that easy. I have also had some questions about some mud daubers I found a nest for right after I moved in. I texted a picture and river got right back to me came out and took care of them at no cost. A real great company that has the costumer in mind. A++
