Gerald was prompt and thorough. He is reliable and goes beyond what is required to be helpful. I had a huge branch he moved for me. He is polite and friendly. I was so happy to get the yard sprayed again for mosquitoes! Service: Mosquitoes

Cimmeron has and always will be the person I turn to to keep the interior/exterior of my house bug-free. He is always on time, if not early. He takes care of all of my issues and then offers guidance. He always allows enough time in his schedule to make sure he asks how my daughter is doing in school and how my family is doing as well. And I guess it helps that my dog adores him. As long as Cimmeron is with All-State, I will be as well.

All-State has the best customer service. They are prompt, courteous, and well priced. We use them for lawn care, but we also use them to treat our ants and most of all our mosquitoes. We have a swimming pool and tons of mulch for mosquitos to multiply but we almost never see a mosquito in our yard and we spend a lot of time out there. I have used All State Pest and Lawn for years. I never have a problems with bugs of any kind in my home. I love that the same person comes each quarterly visit so you get to know them and feel comfortable with them in your home. Cimarron has been my technician for almost the whole time I have been with All State and he is awesome. We have used All-State for over a year for pest control and added lawn service in the spring. The pest control service has worked, but the company does not call to notify us that they will be in our area spraying, thereby forcing us to call and schedule an additional spraying for the inside of our house or pay the full amount for only the outside to be sprayed.

The lawn service does a good job, however we have had the same issue with them not calling about when they will be mowing our yard. We have a gate that must be unlocked, so for 4 weeks, our backyard went uncut because despite our request for one, a call was not made from All-State saying they would be cutting. Additionally, our contract stated our yard was to be cut every other week and we were being cut every week.

It took us calling 3 times before our requests for the yard to be cut every other week AND for us to be notified of when our yard would be cut so the gate could be unlocked before it was done correctly. Due to our issues, we told them we would not be paying for the weekly cuts, as our contract specifically stated our cuts were to be done every other week, not to mention our backyard had not been cut for weeks.

Imagine my surprise when I just discovered they automatically deducted an outrageous amount from our bank account, presumably to cover the costs of the yard, plus our pest control. We did not authorize these charges, nor have we received a bill for the pest control. I feel certain that not only can I find a company that keeps bugs away and can cut our grass (and follow simple instructions), but one that does not steal from customers.
