Mark is our technician for the property that I manage and he is top notch. His expertise and knowledge has helped us tremendously over the past few years and the follow up ensures that our property and residents are taken care of. Preventative is key, and he is here like clock work to make sure that all areas are looked at and taken care of to avoid any issues.

When something else arises, he is here to take care of it, with the utmost respect to the residents and staff. Would recommend Adams Pest Control and especially Mark to services their pest control needs.

Madison did a thorough, detailed and wonderful job at my home today. She was exceptionally cordial and respectful. Today's work entailed re-supplying the existing rodent bait stations, deploying two additional bait stations, and de-webbing my house and garage. So far she is the best technician to visit my home since I employed Adam's 3 years ago. Thank You.

We have never used a pest control service before, but when we found ourselves with a boxelder bug issue we called Adam's on a recommendation. Madison is the technician we were sent and we could not be more happy with her work. She's friendly, knowledgeable, VERY thorough, and always on time. When we recently discovered we had wasp nests up on the dormers of our roof, Madison came out and quickly removed them like a pro - she's amazing and we could not be happier with the job she does. We will continue to use Adam's and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

This is the first time that we have used Adams Pest Control and so far we are very pleased. The treatment was only done a week ago but I had an ant problem that has since been resolved. The corporate Representatives that I dealt with were very helpful and courteous. The technician that came to our house to apply the insecticide was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough and very pleasant. We will definitely continue to use their services.

Paid $250 in October - the technician was good and nice but only here for 15 minutes (my house is less than 1000 sq feet - he sealed a hole under my deck that we had already pulled the boards off). 8 months later I have mice again in my house and they don't offer a discount to come back out since I'm not in the 6-month window. Price now is $319.00 plus tax for them to come back out. Out$569 for 30 minutes of service seems pretty high.will be going somewhere else in the future.

Hands down the best lawn service we have used. From the communication at the office to actually treating my lawn, Adams is first class and actually cares about the quality of the work they are doing! Ron was super knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for making it easy!

If I could give them minus stars i would. This company recently purchased East Central Exterminators. Dale and his family always provided excellent honest service, no written contracts reqired, a handshake as good as his word. Adam's took over, their business plan appears to be to provide unauthorized treatments and then dare you not to pay them. They gave me a "courtesy" call saying they were coming, then billed me for the treatment.

When I objected that I never authorized the treatment, I was told I was signed up for annual spider treatment (not true) and they called. Madison then told me she would take me off the list for the "future" if I wanted. I will not be paying this bill and will bring them to small claims court if needed. Buyer beware!

This was my first time using any type of pest control company and I chose to do the one year program with Adams. Madison was who came out to my home and was very nice and friendly from the moment she arrived to when she left. I have a huge fear of spiders as well and she was super sweet and understanding about it. Madison was very thorough and did a great job in removing webs and spraying in an outside my home.

She gave me her card and said to call her any time no matter what if I had any questions or concerns. I am very pleased with how the process went and would definitely recommend Adams pest control and Madison if your in need of an exterminator.

The entire process with Adam's Pest Control was completely satisfying. At a time when we were being overrun with all manner of critters, Adams seem to understand and scheduled an appointment within a couple days. The person we spoke with on the phone was very accommodating explaining all our options. When the technician arrived, he assessed the situation and explained our options to address the problem.

He seemed very knowledgeable. The technician made sure we understood what to expect from the treatment he was going to do and if the problem persisted, we could call the office for a follow-up appointment.
