I absolutely do NOT recommend this business for all pest control! The office staff is friendly and helpful and Nick the service man will spray your house but not enough to get rid of your pests! After 1 1/2 years we still have same problems! He will show up a month or so skip 3 months then show up and skip again!

I am blown away by the level of customer service from Pickens Pest Control! We were moving into a rental house in Oxford today, Friday, August 14th. Upon arriving around 1:00, we realized that the rental house was infested with fleas! After speaking with the rental agency, we called Pickens Pest Control and explained that we were from out of town and had furniture in trucks waiting to be unloaded into the house but couldn't because of the flea problem.
The scheduler explained that they were short handed and had all their crews out on jobs, but that she would try to help us out. A few minutes later she called back and said that the general manager would come set out flea bombs just as soon as he finished up some paperwork at the office. Less than 2 hours later he arrived and took care of the problem and scheduled a return trip for 2 weeks later.
Talk about going above and beyond! We are so thankful for businesses like Pickens Pest Control and appreciate everything they have done to resolve what was an incredibly terrible situation. Highly recommend them to the Oxford area! Thank you! Debbie Butner

I have been using Pickens Pest Control for 7 years now. They do an excellent job and cater to your specific pest control needs. I am terrified of spiders and they have always gone above and beyond to take measures to get rid of them or prevent them from showing up in the first place. Their technicians are always polite and professional. I would go without electricity before I cancelled this service! Thank you JP and everyone who does such an amazing job!

HORRIBLE! Do NOT hire this company! We've had mice in our house for two months and have caught 4 with traps my roommate and I have set, Pickens has done nothing to help our problem and has not even followed up to make sure the mice were gone! Will be calling a different pest control company. Save yourself the money before you hire this lazy company!
