Originally they were great. Came out and set traps. Very friendly. For the follow up, they made a mistake and scheduled me for 2023 instead of 2022. That was an inconvenience, but no big deal, mistakes happen. We rescheduled. On the rescheduled date, the technician was unable to make it up. So we tired to reschedule again. Got disconnected and never received a call back from them.

So once I got back into town, I called back again. They were trying to booking me out 2 1/2 weeks from my original appointment. So I requested the owner to call me, which he did fairly quickly. Once on the phone, he was pretty rude and started the conversation as if it was my fault that his tech couldn't make it up to my business. I would have probably stayed with them if he was more polite on the phone and made at least some effort to correct his mistakes.

As a business owner, I would suggest making it a priority to service your customers that had an appointment and you couldn't make it. You don't put them at the end of the list again if it was your fault that you couldn't make the original appointment. Just some friendly advice from one business owner to another.

We have been using them for years. They are very efficient. Jessie is delightful and very helpful.

They seem to be out of business, I stand by my comment. I have used them for several years and have always appreciated their service and the folks they send out to do the work. However, I started calling them in August of 2021 and to this day have not gotten a call back ( October 20th). Sorry to lose them as a service provider.

Let me preface this with. I rarely review poor service. I'd rather give kudos. I really had high hopes for this company. After the initial inspection and treatment, we were told that we'd need a monthly service to complete the treatment for ants and the office would call to schedule. Great! That would be perfect. Well the office never called. I've called no less than 4 times and have not received a return call. Today, I received an email from them saying that it's been 45 days since our service, please contact the office to schedule. I replied to the email. still no response. If it weren't for the fact that the initial technician was helpful and knowledgeable, this would be a 1 review.

Tanner was professional, courteous, on-time and although very busy this time of year took the time to explain services, treatment, timelines, and keeping our pets safe. I called at the end of last week and they were able to get someone out to me within four days! Gary (I think!) was right on time and very personable and professional. I showed him where the nest was and he explained in terms I could understand what kind of chemical they would use and how it would work. He was also sure to let me know how long to expect for results. Fingers crossed that it works the first time, but I'm also happy knowing that I can call the office for a re-spray if it doesn't! Very satisfied with my experience and will recommend to anyone I know with a pest problem. Thank you!

Our technician was amazing. He was very polite and did a great job explaining everything so that I knew exactly what to expect. I couldn't have been more pleased with the customer service all around!

These guys are incredibly awesome! Scott Goodson and his crew were so great to work with! My tech Jared Saburit took exceptionally good care of us. He answered all of our questions, took time with all of our needs!
