We've been using Lien for many years and are very satisfied with the service. They are quick and do a great job. We had water bugs in our retaining wall that crept into our garage & basement. Horrible cust service rude disrespectful lady that looks like the mother on Grinch that stole xmas Luanne don't know what to do as she twiddled her thumb I did her job for her even after I gave her all the info like what a quack they tried to charge me 145 for a key fob diagnosed didn't even try to see if i was just pushing the wrong buttons but then going to say we did not do anything i gave them the error codes they didn't do nothing. But tried to charge me um no didn't even have a diagnostic print out concluded. I got a sticky note with what was wrong. 145 dollars where to do what?

Lien was recommended to me by a family member and I'm so glad they did! Everyone is so courteous and knowledgeable. Our normal guy is fearless on top of that, he can find wasp/hornet nests like no one's business and he knocks them down without even flinching! I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for pest control of any kind.

Lived next door to an employee of this company. He poisened my cat and dog and they both died. He also previously chased my toddler son for being in his yard. Its taken 3 yrs for me to speak up because he said his brother owned the company. He lives at 14041 Ohern street. I moved out of the city after 9 years of living there. When that monster moved in.he killed our family pets soon after n we had to move before he poisened our kids

Very disappointed in customer service and attention to the details. Paid what I owed but never got the "issue" resolved I asked for help with. I chose this company per a referral from someone. Next time I'll do the homework I should of done in the first place. With reviews like this I would of saved myself $126.

We have been using the yearly plan with Lien Pest Control for several years now. We don't ever have to remember when they should come out. They just call us to set it up. Josh is usually who comes out and he is friendly and always on time. If there are any problems with bugs between services, we are told to just give them a call (but there never has been).

This is the first yeat we have used Lien and just had them out for a second treatment. The people at Lien are fantastic. The guy who comes out is very friendly, professional and really listens to your concerns, etc, They called to tell me they where coming out to do the second treatment on the outside only. I called and said I have a locked gate because of my dogs, they where very accommodating and actually set a time they would be out so I could make sure the gate was unlocked and to make sure my dogs were not outside. We have had no problems with any bugs.unlike a nation wide company we used before.with the first letter of T.

I use Lien for Ant treatment and they do a GREAT job! I'm on their year round treatment, which I totally recommend. They come every 3 months and treat and also check over my whole yard for ants and other bugs. Always friendly and professional and I can see results right away! They stay on schedule, communicate the whole time they are at my house with what they are doing, and I always feel like I'm getting value out of what I'm paying. Affordable and local.you can't go wrong.

I had a pesky ant problem. My landlord called Lien and sent Marcus my way. He was awesome. He came in and not only checked the kitchen where the initial problem was but then also checked all around the first floor of my apartment. He sprayed the entire thing and used it as a teaching moment! He educated me on where he was spraying and why and also gave me tips to keep the ants away. Thank you!

I called Lien Pest Control today basically just for advice. Pat spent several minutes on the phone with me, listened attentively to my problem, and determined that I really did not need them to come out to my. mom's house. It was so refreshing to talk to an honest company, rather than someone just trying to make a buck any way they can. The next time my mom does need a pest control company, she will definitely call Lien! Trusting a company is the key to good business!
